Very lovely place with the elegant and theatre alike atmosphere of old restaurant. My rabbit was great, but a bit too salty for my liking. The chocolate mousse was absolutely delightful and just perfect! Cappuccino had the airy and cloudy texture, that was amazing. Service was excellent. We’ve been granted a complimentary dessert wine which was such a great pairing for my chocolate mousse. Good selection of wines overall as well. I would definitely recommend this place for the special occasions.

Eating here was one of the highlights of our trip. World class service and fantastic food. The chocolate mouse was ridiculously good. Eduardo and the team looked after us and made sure to manage our time. If you’re looking for a dinner place in the city – look no further.

I am a New Yorker and I am baffled by the favorable reviews for Barbetta. Upon learning that my friend and I wanted to order a la carte rather than the $41 price fixed lunch, we were largely ignored after ordering. The staff was so rude. The pasta I received was awful, seeming to be floating in lukewarm dish water. No apology for the inedible food. We should have turned around as soon as we walked in and saw this theater district restaurant nearly empty on matinee day. But this was the only one with an available reservation. Not surprised now.

This is a perfect spot for pre-theater dinning! Ambience is very nice. Eduardo is the sweetest gentleman keeping the restaurants story alive. The menu has simple design with choice of app, entree, and dessert. Puree veggie soup was delicious as was the chicken and filet mignon. Chocolate cake was rich and the creme burlee on point.

A theater district classic – stopped in for an early dinner after seeing Tina. It was restaurant week and we chose off of the limited fixed price menu for $39 and were very happy. Our food was good, the service was attentive, the red and white wine offered were both very good ($12/glass) and our meals were tasty too. No negatives, just didn’t wow us enough for 5 stars. Recommend

I was really excited to dine out in this restaurant’s back garden but couldn’t because clearly they didn’t get the memo that is 2023 and ADA access is required by law.

I never leave restaurant reviews but felt it was necessary. Went here for restaurant week, came highly recommended on various apps. The decor was excellent. The food was completely average aside from the tender beef, which was great.

Second time dining here. This time it was after a matinee Broadway show, so it was not super crowded. Love the ambiance of this vintage style authentic NYC restaurant just steps from the theatres. Coat check at the front of the restaurant & a full bar as well.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was shockingly horrible that I truly felt the experience warrants a truthful review.
