We love eating at Barbi’s! Barbi makes great homestyle mom/diner type food with fresh ingredients and obvious attention to detail. Everything we have had at Barbi’s has been top-notch. We are locals who travel for a portion of the year. We always look forward to coming back and having something tasty from Barbi’s. She is also such a friendly lady who doesn’t forget a face. It’s a welcoming spot to dine. We love the outdoor seating. Shown is Barbi’s taco salad, for two.

Was able to travel to Quartzsite to visit my Aunt Betty back in Nov ’21 and just now getting the time to write this review. My Aunt has lived here for a long time and we were very excited to get the opportunity to visit with her at her home in her environment after she has been so good to visit us at our homes for many years. Anyway we arrived near lunch time and after a short visit she suggested Tacos for lunch and you know I love a good Taco. So we got in the car and we went straight to Barbis Place and didn’t know what to expect. My Aunt Betty had the number on speed dial and called in our order while driving there. That was kinda strange as it was not a big town and didn’t think we would run into lunch crowd. While on the phone it was clear she knew the owner quite well. When she ordered, she ordered a taco for each of us. I was pretty hungry and when she ordered “a” taco I thought ok I’ll just get something else later as one taco was not going to be enough. But since I knew she wouldn’t let me pay, I didn’t say anything. We pulled into the parking lot and my Aunt went to the counter and came back as there was a lunch rush of call in orders and she was about 10-15 minutes behind schedule. So, we drove around looking at the sites and businesses. After about 10 minutes we drove back, picked up our taco and went back to my Aunts outdoor picnic area where we ate. To my surprise, there wasn’t just one taco but three and I was very happy cause now I was real hungry after driving around. The tacos were very good and we had a great visit over some good food. It appears that everyone knows everyone around there, at least the locals anyway. Lots of people coming in and out looking for Gold or a fun ATV/Side-by-Side trails. Thanks Barbi for great food and befriending my Aunt. Clearly she thinks alot of you.

Awesome place for a quick lunch or to gather for a get together lunch. Barbie is always friendly, service is fast, prices are very reasonable, and the food is fantastic. You can either take it home or eat there in the outdoor eating area. Great place for a quick lunch..

Great little stand to go to for a quick bite to eat. Barbi is the best and is a great little cook. The pulled pork is not bad and my hubby like his cheese burger. The box of tacos on Wednesdays are a dollar off. You can call ahead and your order will be ready when you get there.
