Our restaurant is conveniently located right off 10th St. near the Eudora Elementary School. We offer dine-in, carry out as well as our guests can order online! First time visiting this place today and had great food and great fun with a group of friends. We ended up staying for literally about 3 hours because it wasn’t a busy time for them. Regarding service there, it is self order, in that you go up to the counter, place your order and then they bring it out to you when it’s ready. We had quite a variety of food at our table and I think everyone agreed what they had was really good. Very well priced. We had a lovely young woman take our orders and the whole atmosphere couldn’t have been more comfortable and welcoming. Plus it smells great in there! They have a big area outside that even has a stage so I’m guessing on weekends and or some weekend evenings there is entertainment. I’m sure the local Eudora folks appreciate having such a great place. Well worth the drive!

Solid BBQ joint but so much more. Burgers, nachos, burritos, Mac and cheese and awesome BBQ. Their hot BBQ sauce is #1 in my book. Service was quick and the place is well decorated and very clean. We will be back and we are from Lawrence. It gives a run to any BBQ place in Lawrence and the people are friendly and conscientious. Oh yeah, they have a good assortment of beers and a full bar. Their patio was nice but the day we were there a storm had blown through and the patio had received some over turned tables, etc.

First time here and everything was great! The building itself is really nicely done inside and gives you that ‘small town bbq joint’ nostalgic feel. They’ve got plenty of different sauces from sweet to spicy and they were all good! Maybe a little too much molasses in some for me, but that’s my opinion.

Had the brisket and andouille sausage, beans, cheese corn, and jalapeño hush puppies. I also tasted my wife’s pulled pork. The pork and brisket had a great smokey flavor. Everything was tasty and eating in their nicely shaded outdoor area was nice.

Delicious BBQ and the NICEST owners/staff!! Lots of outdoor seating and nice event space in the back too! The garlic cheese curds were exactly what they sound like and the cheesy potatoes were decadent Even the fries had a great crunch. Great moist pulled pork with tons of flavor and a barbeque sauce option for everyone! The chipotle mayo has a great flavor too. Can’t wait to come back in the summer once the back patio is open.

Sorry for the pics, you only get to see the aftermath. Those cheesy potatoes are amazing. Service is fantastic! I’ve been here twice now. Pulled pork is a must and as you can see, the chunked brisket was perfect. The meats and saucers are a perfect balance of sweet, smokey, and if its you thing, spicy. A must try.

So I only discovered this place a couple of days ago on Facebook – I am not entirely sure how I missed it. Tried it today for lunch and SO glad I did! Got the Haystack burger and jesus god it was good! The fries complement the burger so well! I didn’t realize the inside was going to be so nice or I would have planned on eating in. Will have to catch a game or something here. I’m also going to WOW the in-laws and get some of their smoked Turkey for Thanksgiving! Also, I love barn doors!
