Three of us stopped in after hearing so much about the pizza. We got some apps and a few pizzas and all were very good. The cheese bread stood out as surprisingly excellent to all members of our party. The self-serve beer and wine options weren’t very extensive and we only found two options that we enjoyed. Unfortunately, the service was lackluster, disjointed, and confusing. Next time, we will either pick up our food or visit when it’s a bit less busy.

Ted (manager) and Jesse (owner/chef) did an absolutely amazing job for our pre-wedding Welcome Party. Over 100 guests and the party ran as smooth as silk. Top notch, from beginning to end. The quality and quantity of food and drink offered was astonishing. Everything served was delicious. The staff were so attentive and accommodating. A remarkable experience provided by a caring, considerate and beyond friendly Barchetta Pizza crew. It was a treat to have our party there. Our guests are still talking about it. Below photo is what we saw as we first walked in, and everything that followed (apps, pizza and mains, and desserts) were all equally as impressive in taste and aesthetics. Chill vibe. Pour your own drink wall. Inside/outside seating. Great place.

Jesse has an amazing shop and incredible future. Pizza was absolutely fantastic. We had both the gluten-free for dinner and came back for lunch the next day and got the by the slice which was fantastic along with the chocolate chip cookies. Drinks by the card are super easy and as has already been commented on reduces the waiting line at a typical bar. I highly recommend it. The history of the restaurant is showing on one screen above the drinks and anime. It was on the left screen. It was great and just added to the friendly whimsical experience.

Delicious pizza! The pizza is perfectly crispy on the bottom, with a thin layer of cheese and sauce, and a puffy, salty crust. They have vegan options for your crunchy friends.

First time at Barchetta…walked there from work at lunchtime to grab a couple slices and was pleasantly surprised at the whole experience. From the outside, Barchetta almost looks like a night club and inside the atmosphere was chill,cool tap wall with a nice selection of beers,wine and margaritas. the employees were super sweet and the pizza was AWESOME! I had a special of the day slice with pepperoni, banana peppers & pineapple as well as a slice of Bianco ~ a wonderful white pie with mozzarella, ricotta, caramelized onions & oregano…AND omg..both slices were freshly made, huge! And overall amazing! I’m thinking this is our new go~to pizza place here in Boulder.

We are visiting from Nashville and cannot express how delicious Barchetta’s was. This is some of the best pizza I’ve tasted in a while and certainly better than any pizza joint in Nashville. My mom is from New Jersey and has found it very hard to find good, authentic pizza. However, she absolutely loved Barchetta’s. The staff was very friendly! We even brought our Golden Retriever and they brought her water and a treat! My only complaint is parking. It’s pretty hard to finding parking if you go for dinner. We had to park a few blocks away. However, we didn’t mind since we had the pup. If we are ever back in Boulder we will definitely make another trip to Barchetta’s!

Kind of disappointed in this place. Took my kids here while I was visiting them in Boulder. Don’t get me wrong, their pizza is great but disappointed in the portion size for their apps. We ordered the broccolini $12 and it came with 3 pieces. Are you kidding me?!?!?! Next was the meatballs, same deal. Small portions and expensive but they were tasty. Also orders the chocolate mousse $7 and it came in a very small sized mason jar. We probably won’t be back because you can get more for your money else where.
