The concept was great! We loved that it supports an animal shelter. It was dog friendly and the had accommodations for dogs. The food was tasty. The service was really slow and we had to wait for silverware. We really enjoyed the patio.

Bark, A Rescue Pub is one of the best new experiences I have had in Spokane! They offer amazing brunch, lunch, and dinner options, and even vegetarian options for our animal lovers! If the amazing food wasn’t enough, the have a facility inside of the restaurant that is home to the Spokane humane society. You can go and pet and even adopt furry friends after having a drink or a meal! I would 10/10 recommend anyone who is an avid animal lover or anyone who enjoys delicious food to come check them out!

Bark is a wonderful restaurant with a good cause. We started on the patio, but had to move inside due a thunderstorm. The servers got us settled in quickly. They brought my granddaughters crayons and pictures to keep them occupied. The food was delicious. I had the fish and chips. I would definitely order them again. We also booked time to visit the adoptable pets. We didn’t find one that clicks with the family, but we will keep looking.

I love the mission of Bark. I love the location and the ambiance of Bark. I do not love the food of Bark. Spent over $100 (no alcohol) for a family of 4 which isn’t unheard of but the Fry Tray was lukewarm, the veggie burger is flavorless mush, and the pretzel bones were super chewy. (Those are the only things I personally tried at our table) Took over 15 minutes for water. And over 15 minutes for a soda refill (the kitchen staff had to find the waitress to ask her to do it.) Seeing the dogs is an additional charge of $5 per person for 20 minutes. I love dogs but with the high food prices, we just couldn’t swing it. The kids were bummed.

Really disappointed as we were excited to try this place out. We came with our dog but were told there was no outdoor seating due to the air quality, which we completely understood. We decided to order takeout and had quite a long wait, being told it would be out “any minute” for 10-15 minutes. We both ordered the Strawberry Feta Salad, one with chicken and one with steak. Both salads were the full portion as opposed to the half portion but both looked like a side salad. If the price point wasn’t $19/$20 then maybe we wouldn’t have been so disappointed but there was so little food that we had to order from another restaurant afterwards. The food and portions for those dining in looked good and we appreciate what this restaurant is doing for these animals so we’ll give them another shot in the future but we were super disappointed this time around.

To start off, I am biased, but I do NOT give 5 stars easily. I loved everything about this place. I am a very big animal person and have spent a lot of time volunteering at an animal shelter back home. So the idea of a pub that works with the shelter really struck me.

This place was very interesting! The food was great (a little expensive) and the staff were very friendly. The ability to see the cats and dogs is what makes this restaurant so unique. It costs $5 per adult to see the animals and you must make a reservation with the adoption center at the back of the restaurant. The animals seem to be well cared for and the adoption staff were knowledgeable and nice to the animals. Go there and have some great food and rescue an animal today!

We had traveled from out of state to take our Shihtzu to the animal eye clinic. Not being from the area we were really not sure what do for dinner with a dog, then we came across this place. Beer selection was great, food was great, Jackson loved his cod skin off the puppy menu and the staff all seemed so kind. Thanks Bark!
