(4.9/5 rating) DELICIOUS chicharrón. If you’re looking for a good chicharrón (pork) crunch, meat, not greasy this was it. The brisket was really good as well but expected it to be more juicy. The Mac cheese, rice & beans are good – same seasoning. The rice is Moro style. We spent $52 for this entire plate. The view is gorgeous. The market has different options. Now for the drinks we had a whiskey mule & a peach bourbon. The peachy bourbon was A1 !! & I’m a tequila gal ! Highly recommended spot. It’s must be super packed on the weekends so week day you’d probably enjoy more if you don’t want to wait or not enjoy views.

I really enjoyed the food and location. The down side was the line but I was prepared to wait (35-40min on Sat). By the time we got to order they had ran out of sandwiches which was an item we wanted to try but we ended up trying the brisket, pulled pork, arroz congri, Mac and cheese, torta, and cole slaw. I loved it all, especially the pulled pork, and my favorite sauce was the tangy bbq. Location was very nice, there was a patio and access to a terrace to view the bridges. Overall I’d recommend if you have the time.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place! Haven’t been to time out market in a while but overall unwound recommend this spot to anyone in the NY/dumbo area. The wait was long and brutal, but worth it! They build your order in front of you in real time, the staff is incredibly patient and kind. I got the chopped chicharon and brisket sandwich with their cornbread, as well as a pulled pork sandwich withal side of Mac and cheese, and some brisket to go. Everything was cooked perfectly, the meats were tender, juicy, and packed with flavors. I can’t wait to come back and try out more items on the menu! Everyone needs to eat here. 11/10

We ordered 2 lbs of brisket, a side of rice and coleslaw. It was enough for 4 people and it was delicious. There was a huge line, but it was worth the wait.

Too long of a line at a market. Waited an hour for food. 4 people in the kitchen and very disorganized and highly inefficient. No digital ordering, no pre-ordering and ridiculous. I’ve never been to a market where the food was over an hour of a wait. Suggestion: please get it together and become more efficient. Invest in QR codes and pre-ordering, change the way you use the kitchen staff and reduce waiting times. Someone is literally just ringing people up when she could be preparing the sided and accelerating the line.

The Moro tastes like home! tried the beef rib and pork rib, the chicharrón, torta, and the mac and cheese, the bomb! Went during the week and on a Saturday around 6pm, most things on the menu were gone but the line was still out the door. There was a DJ playing all the baby shower jams and it made the experience that much better. One of my fav BBQ spots now!

I first tried Bark Barbecue at Smorgasbord in Prospect Park and enjoyed it so much, that when I found out they’d be at the TimeOut Market, I couldn’t wait to visit. Since then I have been 5 times, with family and coworkers.

The food was amazing good. The Service is a 5 stars services. Ambience? Well don’t forget that you will be sharing the place with tourist so there’s’ a lots of people. If you are planing to eat in, we’ll have someone look for a table in advance because it’s not easy to get one especially outdoor. Now, lest talk about the price. Although, the food is great and their service is good; take in mind that you are not in a restaurant so their price is very-very expensive it was two of us and the price was 200+ with tips. I probably would go there once a year, summer.

Parking was an issue, but the wait was all worth. Chicken was out of this world. Chicharron was one of the best so far in nyc, and the Brisk was so tender and tasty that it blew me away. It’s definitely a new favorite spot, Chicharron is still too good. The view and energy are beautiful.
