We came with our entire hockey team in between games. Despite only having one server (with help bringing food out from the kitchen) all of our food and drinks came out fast and delicious. We were all pleasantly surprised. They did a great job!

Went in for Happy Hour yesterday at 3:30pm, had four beers, Ester gave me my tab of $16 (should have been $10), I asked about the happy hour pricing and she said that “you have to specify it before ordering”. Say what, never ever heard of such a thing! It’s all over the website and the plastic table placards, in 40 years I’ve never had to specify which price I wanted to pay for a happy hour drink including the other three recent times I was there (one in which she served me) and Alyssa never asked either, happy hour pricing is by default, everywhere… period. Anyway, when I told her that when she asked me what size I wanted the first order I DID reply “whatever the happy hour special is”, she got snippy and I told her not to worry about it and paid the tab… because I won’t be back.

My experience tonight was absolutely perfect. Hannah did amazing at her job tonight. She has amazing customer service and it did not go unnoticed. Went here for lunch with friends upon arriving from California. Wow! I really wanted one of everything on the menu. Settled for several apps and drinks. I ordered the Bloody Mary and the waitress asked if I wanted a beer back. Well, yes I do! She suggested a local beer New Glarus.

Solid home style food. Wife had the Whiskey Salmon salad and I had the Open Faced Pot Roast sandwich. Pot roast had large, very tender chunks in a flavorful beef gravy all of which was served on Texas toast and REAL smashed potatoes. Salmon had a nice glaze and salad was nicely presented. Will be back.
