Grew up going to the Northbrook location. This was just as good if not better. The recipe seems the same. However the edge of the crust differs. Northbrook pinches the edges where as Niles does a twist style. It was absolutely amazing.

The pizza is simply delicious. If you are visiting Chicago and are not to fond of the deep dish, i strongly suggest having this pizza. I didn’t have the best experience with the service. Not that the staff was bad, but there were only 2 people doing everything. Had to wait like 15 min to get drinks. Don’t know if the hour had something to do, but hope it’s s not common.

What a unique place , If you want a delicious Tavern style pizza this is a solid choice. The crunchy crust and sweet sauce is a a good combination. Expect a self serve service ; Pick up your pizza when ready and head over to the bar for your choice of beverage and off to your table choice . I enjoyed everything about this place.

This is definitely one of the most unique thin crust pizzas around. The twisted dough and the cornmeal underneath makes for a very tasty pizza. It is super expensive, and their large pizza is only 14”. I would definitely recommend calling ahead when picking up because this place gets quite busy. Picking up can also be frustrating with the ancient cash register and the moody and inefficient staff. That doesn’t stop me though; it is what it is and it’s a nice treat every once and a while.
