Service here was awesome! The burgers are good, the shakes are yummy. The fries not so much, but that could just be me because, I’m a crinkle cut type fry person. Love the fry sauce. The onions rings are some of the best I’ve ever had. Homemade. I give Barney’s 5 stars. Great for a quick bite.

The food is horrible now, I’ve tired it a few times since the changing of owners and I don’t know what you’ve done to the meat but it’s disgusting and the fries tasted old. ohhh that was a nice little response from the owner down below, how about this the food sucks and the prices are outrageous. The only way your keeping the place running has to be the drugs your selling out the back door.

Smaller than an old time diner but still has that casual friendly feel. Bacon cheddar burger was really good and cooked just the way I requested. Fries were crisp and fresh and fry sauce was pretty good too. The only reason this is a 4 star rather than a 5 is that I tried sitting outside first but the road is too close so the noise and smell weren’t really conducive. Overall though, the food was good, the bathrooms were clean and the people were great!

The Menu states “Fresh hand pressed burgers” and under that is a Vegi burger choice. I would have to guess, with the perfect round shape, flat and symmetrical vegi patty we received, was NOT a “fresh hand pressed” patty. They looked very similar to pre-made frozen patties we have bought before. They were too busy to question whether our Vegi burger was indeed made by them, as we were made to believe from the menu’s headline. The burger was alright and not horrible by no means, but nothing compared to hand made ones we’ve had at other places. Nothing to write home about if looking for a quality vegi burger. Otherwise we loved the old style atmosphere and the service with a smile.

Three words, OH MY EXCELLENT!! I hope it wasn’t a limited time burger. It was on a side picture menu, and was the spicy Philly burger. I have it in the front on picture 1 and less than half eaten in picture 2. So juicy and delicious! Comes with chipotle mayo, grilled peppers and onions, tri-tip and burger patty, and I ordered small fries.

Ate at Barney’s for the first time Saturday. We both had a very good burger. The surprise was the bag of fries! It was a huge order and soooo good. The fry sauce was really good too. The decor is fresh and has the 50’s vibe. Really good lunch, really good spot.

Wow this place is great! My avocado Jack burger was cooked nicely and all the veggies were fresh. Using real avocados and quality meat for only 7.50 is a good deal. Great fries and fry sauce too
