“We got the sauce” is right. Go look for their videos on Facebook / Insta.. you’ll see what that’s all about. Chicken and Waffles dish is awesome. Comes with sauce for the wings, syrup and butter for the waffle. 4 big chicken wings. The hero of this place is the cheeseburger egg roll and its sauce. You’re going to want to get at least one of these to try. You won’t be sorry. It’s definitely a “hole in the wall”, and “Shack” is an apt term for the building, but the whole meal is overflowing with flavor. I wish they had a picnic bench under their palm trees so you could eat in the shade on site, but the food here is 100% worth the stop.

The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. We had the gizzards(tender) and a 20 pc wing. They were out of the cheeseburger egrolls but we will be back for those. The homemade honey hot sauce was OMG the bomb ! I do recommend this place!

I looove finding little places like this! Cousin wanted some fried chicken but not from one of the big chains, so we searched for something local. It is just what it says, a chicken shack. I already knew when we pulled up, it was going to be ! The lady in the window was super nice, food was made fresh & HOT. It didn’t take long to get the order, & the food was on point! Chicken was flavored well & crispy, I got a cheeseburger egg roll (wish I would’ve gotten 3 lol) & my cousin said the fried okra was great! Definitely a great place to try if in the area. Prices are very very reasonable. Fed us both well for $20 (including the tip!)

this is a great little spit with great food. you are also supporting small businesses. every time I’m in the area, I male sure to stop and get something. usually a rib plate, but I haven’t had anything yet I do not like. off, and the baked beans are perfect.

I stopped by this place yesterday and ordered a daily special off the board that is hanging right on the outside. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal that was supposed to come with fries and a drink for 7.5$. I asked the lady at the window if I can substitute the fries with okra and she said yes that would be 0.75$ extra. I said that was fine. Then she proceeded to tell me I owe 11$ and some change.. I asked how is it that much if the meal is 7.5$+0.75$.. how did she come up with that price? No clue. Then she said oh yes! My mistake I was pricing the egg rolls (which still didn’t make sense because it was on a special for 9.99$).. Even after I corrected her about the price she changed me 9.99$ for the meal. Not sure what tax rate she’s charging but it’s not correct.. I just ended up paying which I regret now.. I should’ve just asked for my card back and leave.. will not return to this place.
