I love Barro’s (have for years) and the staff are always friendly/welcoming. With that said, the last few orders have been kind of messed up, no crust on some of the pizza edges, inconsistent burnt/doughy parts. I’m not sure if a new person is the cause or what, but almost to the point I’m going to take a break

Barry’s is always good pizza. I didn’t know they did by the slice until I went yesterday. The price was great. 2 slices (not small ether ) and a soda for under $10. A great deal for a good lunch.

Food is consistently prepared well and high quality, unlike other locations. However, they need to learn how to cut pizza properly. Every time it is not cut through at all and the slice sizes are inconsistent. It would be a shock if I ever got a pizza from them that didn’t have a few 1″ wide slices, or would come apart without ripping.

I love coming here! The food is awesome and staff is always attentive and friendly. My pizza tonight was so good. I had the pleasure of having Amy help me tonight. She was so sweet and patient with me and my toddler. She was so helpful and even chatted with me a little bit even though I came in close to closing. She didn’t rush me or make me feel badly for being In there late, she took her time with me and it really made me smile at the fact that I could tell she really cared. It was just a breath of fresh air! I haven’t had such great customer service in such a long time. Nowadays it seems like employees don’t care as much for customer service as they used to, but not here. Always an awesome expirence dining in or doing take out. 10/10 all around great food and employees!

I absolutely love their food. However, there’s always a problem with the fountain drinks. Most of the time is always dirty especially in the evening. We were served a hot beer. The fountain drinks Pepsi is broken. Last time I was here..not exaggerating there was a fly in the lemonade. I showed it to the lady at the cashier. After these little mishaps I’m starting to think twice of coming here to eat. Doesn’t seem very clean. Not to mention they take forever to serve the food.

Love this location for many reason. Love the service from both Gabriella & Ciarra, they do a great job with positive energy and always seem happy to be at work and doing a superb job. I had the opportunity to meet one of the cooks (Juan) I thanked him for cooking the pizza, wings and other items I’ve enjoyed. He was very polite and professional so I refer many people to this location especially. The atmosphere is excellent and the temperature inside is nice and cool and and if I had any complaint or improvements would be for them to ADD THIN CRUST PIZZA to the Lunch Special !!! The Thin crust is delicious. Thank you for the excellent food and experience always.

Unfortunately the food is good but theres some people with horrible customer service! Amy was very rude while taking my order over the phone. Very unprofessional and poor customer service! She asked for my number in which I gave it to her… instead of being professional and telling me I was going alittle too fast. She said “you act like everyone knows your number” then hang up! I asked the lady for her name when I picked up my food, and told her she was very rude over the phone and I will be leaving a review she told me that’s fine with a smile. No apology at all.
