The food is great but lately the service is terrible at this location. The young kids that work there have no care in the world about ensuring your order is correct. The past two times I’ve been there, my carry out order was incorrect or was missing food. Also, my pizzas were not even sliced. I think management needs to be shaken up here and they need to train their staff to actually care. It may not be their actual career for the young staff but they should take pride in their job and learn work ethic. It’s disappointing but next time I think I will just make the drive to San Tan Village. Their service is far better.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience with this location. An online order of 30min turned into and hour and a half. While picking up the food the workers were all over the place and were not helping costumers. My pizzas had been done and in the warmer and the workers had not checked the name and assumed my food was in the back still cooking. Our wing ordered had also been messed up. We were told we could keep what was made and they would give us what wasn’t. Instead they picked out what was wrong from the box and then through everything else into one box mixing different flavors together.

Their door dashing system is the worst they don’t have a care in the world when they mess up. They kept blaming the system when yet they missed placed the pizza in the first place. Rude staff I tried to ask for the manager 5 times. When the manager came out she looked stress but in the end she figured out the problem. The front end people do not know what customer service is. I will never dash for this store again.

Pretty good lunch specials all week. You can also upgrade your drink for your lunch special to big brewski for $3. They have a good selection of draft beer. Hopknot Kilt lifter Epicenter. I believe I got two slices of pizza, a salad in a brewski for 12 bucks. Service was a little lacking that seemed like the employees were not very motivated to clean the dining room area. Lots of tables where dirty with dishes and stuff still on them could have been shorthanded. Who knows.

We have stayed away from this location for several years due to issues in the past and started going back recently. On this trip it was back to what caused us to leave before. We ordered our wings at 5:45 and was quoted a 25-30 minute time. We arrived at the 25 min mark and the wings “were still cooking”. My husband paid and waited at the counter until 6:50 before saying that he wanted his money back, and then miraculously the wings appeared in the window. In the meantime many people came and went with their orders, many including wings. So, when he asked about the issue, the person behind the counter became defensive and said that they had gotten busy (not our problem), and they were not prepared for that. Ok, it is a Friday night, it is March Madness, and you are not prepared to be busy? Then dont’ quote a time you cannot meet. And don’t get snippy when a person expecting a 30 minute turnaround quoted time is asking questions when 65 minutes has elapsed. No manager was presented to make anything square, or any apology, just a snarky answer from the counter. Also – for wings that were “still cooking” for 40 additional minutes they were lukewarm when we got them home, and we live about 3 minutes away. They also did not provide the extra sauce that was requested even though it was notated on the receipt. Once again this puts us back to the same reason we stopped coming years ago, and it is not a good look for this location.
