The new menus is just not good. We ordered the pepperoni pizza…an 18 dollar pepperoni pizza, and sadly it was not good. The high school cafeteria pizza tasted better. We have yet to speak to anyone who likes the new menus, including the waitresses, who also said the pizza was no good. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because my beer was really good and cold. I hope they get this fixed.

We have ate here a few times in the last 5 years and have never had a bad meal. A few weeks ago we go out for dinner and we were given a table with a waitress named Amanda. Amanda was by far the best waitress we have ever had. We have now came back 3 times in a little over a month because the food is always good and Amanda is completely awesome. Highly recommend trying this place and asking if Amanda is available

The place was understaffed due to the Memorial Day weekend and everyone calling off but you would of never been able to tell. The waitress that was there didn’t miss a beat with our needs and the food was excellent! Would recommend highly if your at the casino and looking for a great meal.

Had 50 free food went up before 5 they told me to leave so I went downstairs and they hardly had anything to eat all out they said wth guess I’ll find somewhere else to start playing it got really bad in the back since yinz took the good machines out half the machine are gone yinz did a bad job in the back room and what restaurant closes at 5.00 and I was to get my birthday money today plus 255.00 free play I got ripped again hope yinz change things back to normal in the back room it’s terrib

Arrived to dine around 630, was told there was a 15-20 minute wait even though half the restaurant was half empty. We waited for almost 40 minutes. Once seated, took the server 20 minutes to take our drink orders. We ordered soda and our meals, which took 45 minutes to get a sandwich and a burger both of which were disgusting. I will never waste my time. The place is overpriced and because it is the only option for a sit down meal inside the casino the level of service shows. Dont waste your time, eat before you go

Three of us ate dinner at Skybox tonight. Two of us had the Sirloin special medium and one of us ordered the Prime Rib medium well. The Sirloins were cooked a little more than medium but the Prime Rib in spots was rare and other areas it was medium. Asked to have it cooked a little more to medium well. Comes back from the grill after this partially medium well and still almost rare in spots. Complained to waitress and response was if we take it home they cant give any discount, But would discount check if we left it there, which was 3/4 of it! Lady manager walked by us at least 4 times after waitress brought to her attention and ignored us. We were interested in coming back for Walleye and drinks but not now! UPDATE: that night the manager emailed and we went back last night, 8-27, and thanks to Rachel and Gretchen they resolved our complaint. Excellent steaks and Walleye. Enjoyed the flights also.
