The food was very good. I expected more for the bread. It was not hot but warm that only lasted a minute. The house salad was made with iceberg lettuce with very little leafy green lettuce. We were a group of 14 with reservations, but it didn’t seem they were prepared. They did put the extras tables we needed, but we only had one waitress. She was overwhelmed. So the service was slow. Some orders were not correct and corrected. I would come back again but not with a group.

It’s my birthday, so the hubby decided to surprise me with Italian!! Lemme say I’ve picked up an order here before and it smelled amazing, so I was pretty excited when we pulled up and realized he had no reservations yet we were seated IMMEDIATELY! There was a larger party goin on and you can tell the servers left on the floor were newer, but luckily ours knew his way around the bar!! Hubby had a lemon drop & of course I got my Whishy Mule(it was strong & pretty )…now, food wise ima be honest-it was too much to choose from so I went with the Combination Appetizer Plate and Rocky had that Linguine Tutù Mare(he say go wit tha creme sauce too )! Bathrooms were clean and overall, I’d go again but hopefully get someone more in tune with the menu

We dine at Bartolinos once every two-three weeks. We ordered the steak sandwich with fries. The steak was very tough and had gristle. We asked for steak knives because we could not cut the steak. Horrible experience for being a great customer. They did take the steak off both our bill but did nothing in respect to our drinks, etc. They were sorry but a simple , hey select a dessert for both of you would have been appreciated. As a good customer, very disappointed. Guess they don’t value their regular customers.

Wonderful experience! After leaving another Italian restaurant where we had a horrible experience, we came here for dinner. From the greeting at the door until the very last moments, this place was perfection. Our waiter, Rocky was excellent. Friendly, professional, checked on us continuously. Our busboy was on it as well, with bread, water and clearing plates. We already made a reservation for this weekend, highly recommend. Oh yeah, the food was delicious as well!
