Can’t stress this enough: BEST BREAKFAST JOINT IN THE GORGE! The biscuits are the size of my head (ok, maybe a toddlers head) and freshly made and baked DAILY! I’ve only tried the sausage gravy, but I want to put it on EVERYTHING. Eggs cooked to perfection, big, thick pieces of bacon. House made jam. You will not leave hungry! (I can usually only eat half of my biscuit, but that just means i get to have leftovers ) Fun cocktails if you’re feeling adventurous! Everyone I have taken to eat at “Biscuits” has had nothing but excellent things to say, but don’t take my word for it, GO GET YOU SOME!

We were very impressed by Baseline Biscuits. The food and drinks were great, the service was fast, and they were very accommodating for our young child. The restaurant itself was very clean (it had a 50s diner vibe to it), and the staff were very friendly. It was certainly worth the drive from Hood River for this breakfast spot!

These were probably some of the best biscuits I’ve ever had! We had the biscuits and gravy with sausage and an extra biscuit with some strawberry jam on the side and both were phenomenal. The biscuits where tall, flaky, and we felt like the portions were very generous for the price. The gravy was simple and delicious and we basically inhaled everything because of how good it was. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in the area and would definitely recommend trying this hidden gem!

I had the shrimp and grits. Simply put this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The flavor combo was explosive. It came with a bunch of fat, perfectly cooked shrimp. The sauce was absolutely out-of this world. If you haven’t had a meal here you are missing out.

Our server was amazing, and everything about the service was great. But the food was meh. Our biscuits were very dry and almost crunchy on the outside. Potatoes were under cooked. My son said his French toast was very good though! I was just very disappointed in the biscuits
