We ate here last weekend, and we were incredibly impressed! The staff was cheerful and accommodating, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fun! We got the Augusta and the Ceasar wrap and both were delicious! The B healthy smoothie was also a hit for me and my one year old daughter! Go get you some Basic right now!

Decent breakfast bowl with good price for the serving. Great toast too but the plastic wear is incredibly cheap. Hopefully a piece never breaks off while a kis is wolfing down their food. I know absolutely nothing about marketing but I walked right by this place. It’s white with black, thin lettering. There was nothing to catch my attention. If it weren’t for Google I would have never known it was there. Also just wish the tables outside had umbrellas. The TN sun is brutal.

Stopped by on Sunday morning for a quick bite. Take out counter service was great. We tried the Avocado Toast and the Pretty Basic Smoothie bowl and both were excellent! It was a little hard to find because the signs are low on the windows and are a little hard to see from the street when cars are parked in front. Not a huge selection specifically for breakfast, but we will definitely be back to try some of the sandwich offerings!

I eat here weekly and absolutely love it. My favorites are the j ceasar wrap, basically our fave salad, Havana night’s salad and their b butter toast with the bananas. They have a very unique menu and variety of options that are unlike any other restaurant around.

My work gets food here often on saturdays, we had a small mistake with our order today but they were super quick to resolve it. I just adore this place.

My out of town family was here for the weekend and we got our lunch there, it was so delicious and fresh. The portions are big and we had some leftovers for snacks later. They can’t wait to come back to town and eat there again and try different things. Everything I have gotten there has been so delicious.
