The air conditioning was broken. We were a party of eight and they brought out two meals at a time with 15 minutes in between serving. So we could not all eat at the same time. Service was terrible and food is worse. Better spots in El Paso.

We ordered potstickers for appetizer, the bacon and brie burger with Mac n cheese, and the Baja fish tacos. We had a good experience, enjoyed the food and plan to come during brunch hours. It is a smaller restaurant located inside a corner of the Coronado tower. Parking might be hard to find but is free. We had a latte after dinner and really enjoyed it. Everything was worth the try!

Visited for brunch and the waiter took our drink order and then came back to inform us that they were out of water. Drinks took more than 10 minutes to arrive. When someone in our table ordered something with avocado he then informed us they were all out. Then someone else ordered the steak and eggs and waiter informed us they had no steak. Why would you offer something that you don’t have. Overall food was alright. The only really good dish was the chilaquiles. They need to really work on their management. This is not the first time this happens at Basico. Terrible service. Our waiter was trying his hardest given the circumstances!

This is moreso a reflection of the food than anything else. The atmosphere is very cool and modern, you feel like you are in a special place that really stands out on its own. The service was very nice and there’s a good variety of options on the menu. Overall the aesthetic is cohesive and spot on.

The fish and chips were delicious battered to perfection not too thick just crispy enough. Server with just the right amount of fries. The fish tacos were also good, but could’ve used more sauce. Overall a great place.

Unacceptable experience. Poor customer service. Waited over an hour to finally be told the food was not yet ready and when asked to be prepared as take out this is the presentation of the take out. The food was placed directly on the box. Our server Andrea Camarillo C was un attentive and had no care for the service provided.

Phone don’t work. Didn’t det what I ordered. Fish and chips. I also order extra fish. I did not get the extra fish. I got massive amount of sweet tater fries, 2 small pieces of fish. I remember the fish used to be large portions. Thus is the second time my order was messed up. No STARS. I wont return. Besides they don’t have a phone
