One of the best Vietnamese noodle soup Pho joints in Miami! You can tell that the broth is properly made with real beef bones boiled for 10 hours at least. This place is nice and cozy. The service is inviting and pleasant. I ordered a BunBoHue. Let me say this, if you’re looking for authentic bun Bo hue, this is not the place for it. It was a waste of order. I seen a previous review that said the bun bo hue is on point, definitely not true. Shrimp balls in bun Bo hue??? No way. The broth doesn’t taste like it’s been cooking for hours. It’s just a no for me.

My client asked me to order her a chicken salad from this place so I put in an order for the Imperial roll salad for myself. I had never eaten from this place before and it was my first time trying their food. Needless to say, the food was flavorful, fresh, and delicious. There was an explosion of flavor happening in my mouth. I will definitely order from this place again. I ordered online and my client picked up our food so I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere. However, the food was ready within the time frame given.

The experience is special here. They give you fresh mint and lime with your tea, the spring rolls are to die for, made with super fresh and clean ingredients, and the pho is hands down the BEST in North Miami. Debbie was so helpful with menu suggestions and everything was delicious start to finish. Would definitely recommend coming here for a good meal.

The food is great. We tried the shrimp and pork fresh spring rolls. I’m not too big on the peanut sauce but this one was delicious. The crispy calamari and shrimp is also a good appetizer. I thought the flavor of their beef broth was amazing. The meat was tender and the rice noodles wee soft. The staff was friendly and the ambience was good.
