Iconic staple of Farrell and the Shenango Valley. Formerly known as Basilone’s but now back to the original name “Farrell Hilltop Tavern.” Food is second to none. Owners are wonderful. Can’t go wrong with a pizza or the iconic Margie Dog.

Although a decades long resident and former relative of the Basilones, it was my first visit to the restaurant for a Margie Dog. It was delicious! I recommend it. Can’t wait to go back to try other items.
