Dark & Amber
Harvest Time Pumpkin
Pumpkin / Yam Beer 5.5% ABV. 16 IBU . Big Boss Brewing Company . Raleigh, NC. Harvest Time Pumpkin Ale is a subtly spiced fall ale brewed with real pumpkin that will evoke memories of holidays and family. It is brewed with our own proprietary blend of spices that will make this one of the best-recieved pumpkin ales available. ABV: 4.5% / IBU: 16. Goes great with: zombie rituals, vampire hunting, walks in a graveyard… after midnight. Available September-October in bottles and draft
The Professor Stout
Stout – Oatmeal 5.1% ABV. 28 IBU. Booneshine Brewing Company, Inc. Boone, NC. Our favorite professors in the ASU Fermentation Sciences department are the inspiration for this oatmeal stout. The dark rich color and notes of roasted coffee are balanced by its silky body and creamy mouth feel. Drink one in honor of your favorite professor. At 5.1%, your professor won’t mind.
Brown Ale
Brown Ale – American The Duck Rabbit 5.6% ABV. The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery Farmville, NC. The Duck-Rabbit Brown Ale is an American brown ale brewed with loads of hops from start to finish (it’s hoppy and beautifully bitter). Amarillo hops in the boil provide a spicy citrusy bitterness. Saaz dry hops in the fermentor provide a refined flowery aroma. These hops are supported by a grain bill of seven varieties of malt. Oh yeah!
Pumpkin Ale
5.7% ABV. 5 IBU. Foothills Brewing Winston-Salem, NC . Traditional Spices and caramel malts brewed with real pumpkin make this crisp, dry ale a fall favorite. It might give Mom’s pumpkin pie
Yeti Stout
9.5% ABV. 75 IBU Great Divide Brewing Company Denver, CO. Traditionally, Imperial Stouts, the biggest and boldest of all stouts, were brewed with massive amounts of roasted malts and hops, resulting in a velvety smooth but robust beer characterized by high alcohol content and extremely high hop bitterness. Meeting the challenge of this aggressive, challenging beer style, Great Divide’s Yeti Imperial Stout is an onslaught of the senses. An almost viscous, inky-black brew, Yeti opens with a massive, roasty, chocolate, coffee malt flavor that eventually gives way to rich toffee and burnt caramel notes. Packed with an enormous quantity of American hops, yenti’s hop profile reveals a slightly citrusy, piney, and wonderfully dry hoppy finish.
Cider, Seltzer, Ginger Beer
Watermelon Mint Cider
6.7% ABV. Noble Cider Asheville, NC. For this tasty and refreshing summer treat we take in-house pressed watermelon juice and ferment it with spearmint and apple juice. A great light summer sipper perfect for a BBQ or picnic! -Limited Release-
Briney Melon Gose Sour
Fruited Gose 4.29% ABV. 12 IBU. Anderson Valley Brewing Company. Boonville, CA . Born from our passion for experimentation, our Briney Melon Gose boasts a thirst-quenching tartness that is perfectly balanced by subtle watermelon flavors and aromas. Gentle additions of sea salt create a refreshing harmony between the acidity and fruity sweetness leading to clean, dry finish.
Hibiscus Lavender Hard Ginger Beer
Hard Ginger Beer Bright and tart, with subtle notes of lavender and vanilla. Made with real hibiscus and lavender flowers. Naturally gluten-free, 95% organic ingredients, no preservatives.
The Standard Bearer Cider
6.7% ABV. Noble Cider Asheville, NC Noble Cider’s flagship cider. The Standard Bearer is the cider that Noble is known for. We press the juice from six different varieties of apples local to WNC. We ferment the juice to dry and using fresh sweet cider add a touch of sweetness back in. The result is a 7.5% ABV cider that’s crisp, tart, lightly effervescent, and just sweet enough for a balanced, long finish. Noble Cider’s Standard cider is easy-drinking by itself or with a good meal. It’s the perfect cider for just about anything! Naturally gluten-free. Noble Cider is a great alternative to beer when you want to throw one back with your buds. It’s perfect for anyone with gluten sensitivities.
Light, Belgian, Lager
Utica Club Lager
American 5% ABV. West End Brewing Company. Utica, NY. First beer sold in the United States after prohibition.
Allagash White Wheat Bee
5.2% ABV 13 IBU. Allagash Brewing Company Portland, ME . Allagash White features a refreshing balance of citrus and spice. Wheat, coriander, and Curaçao orange peel round out the flavor of this pale straw-colored, hazy beer.
Hoppy
Pacific Thunder IPA
6.8% ABV. Heist Brewery Charlotte, NC. Hazy IPA, brewed with Citra, Strata, and Nelson, hit on the first dry hop with Citra, Strata, and Nelson, then double dry hopped with double the Nelson and Strata. Tropical and dank, with a nice earthy, white wine flavor.
The Hustle Is Infinite IPA
American 6.4% ABV. DSSOLVR. Asheville, NC. Oh, what infinite joy! Our newest West Coast IPA “The Hustle is Infinite” is here! We’ve been plugging away at defining what we want the “DSSOLVR” stamp to be on West Coast IPA, and we’re pretty confident that we’ve gotten…close…ish. And with that vote of confidence, we’d like to announce the first regularly-recurring WCIPA to our lineup! Fruity, dank, sticky, dry, and crushable! YEAHHHHH, ALRIGHT!! Mashed with Riverbend 2-Row, Proximity Malt Wheat, a touch of their Crystal malt, and just a kiss of their Dextrin malt. Hit HARD on the hot side with brutal amounts of Columbus and MI Centennial, fermented low and slow with our Pub Ale yeast and spunded for dat natural carb. Dry hopped only once, but heavily with a big ol’ smattering of Meridian, Mosaic, and an extra helping of Centennial Cryo. Notes of some sorta Fruity Pebble treat with tree sap and Peach jam, candied Blood Orange peels, the parking lot before a Lettuce show, and that first sip of Blind Pig! It is clear. It is malty. It is Orange. It is bitter. It is dry. It is dank. Hell yeah. Shred that gnar gnar. As always with the “Hustle” series, we tap into an outside artist, and Jade O Lantern totally killed it (as always) with this artwork.
Reptar Juice IPA
7.2% ABV. 58 IBU Twenty-Six Acres Brewing Company. Concord, NC . Flaked oats and wheat give this beer an opaque, hazy orange color, and a pleasantly thick mouthfeel. Ample amounts of Mosaic and Citra hops are used, but they are added in the fermenter rather than during the boil. The result is a semi-sweet, super juicy, aromatic hazy IPA. Perfect for quenching a Reptar’s thirst.
Universal Language IPA
American 6.5% ABV. 95 IBU. Divine Barrel Brewing Charlotte, NC. Our flagship West Coast IPA hopped with Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic! After years of tweaking and tinkering our recipes, we’ve captured the perfect juxtaposition between the juicy & bitter nature of hops, which can be universally loved by all!
Climb A Cloud IPA
6.6% ABV. 15 IBU. Divine Barrel Brewing Charlotte, NC Our flagship Hazy IPA double dry-hopped with Citra, Idaho 7 & El Dorado! You’ll feel like flying when this ridiculously juicy and inviting hazy hits your lips!
Radical Son Pale Ale
American 5.5% ABV. 40 IBU. New Anthem Beer Project Old School Pale with Amarillo, Centennial, and Simcoe hops.
Neon Ghosts IPA
American 6.4% ABV. Bhramari Brewing Company Asheville, NC. India Pale Ale with Mosaic & El Dorado

My mom came to town and I needed a nice place to take her for dinner and this was the perfect spot! Kaylynn made our experience so nice and she even made us the BEST cocktails and made the best recommendations for appetizers and food! Everything was perfect!

Food was mediocre. Brussel sprouts were overcooked. French dip was dry. Staff were drinking and eating at the bar while guests were present sitting next to them. Very young employees, more service training is recommended. Food and beverage experience was lack luster.

Pretty open dining areas with nice views through glass walls. Food was good, especially I like freshness of the pasta. Healthy eating choices are available here.

Met there with a group of about 12 – 15 people. We had drinks, appetizers, and entrees over about a 2 to 3 hr time frame. The food was really good but the service was a little lacking. Nobody in our party was in a rush to eat but it seemed like the server would come take 1 order and disappear for a while. People had to walk out to the bar to get a drink or find someone to take an order on multiple occasions. Condiments that were ordered with the meal showed up after the food was already eaten. It seemed like the service was run by kids who had no idea what service requires. Again, the food was great, but the staff needs some leadership and training.

The food was amazing. The only issue was that we asked for some more bread as we only received 1 small piece per meal, and they charged 4 dollars for them when they said it would be free. I called the manager the next day and it was sorted but that kind of customer service puts a bad taste in your mouth.

Really fresh & tasty. Casual & comfortable. Plenty of space & arcade games if your chilling & having drinks. I enjoyed the atmosphere on my lunch break.

We had lunch here and it was delicious! I had the pesto chicken sandwich. The bread was very fresh, very good and I am certain that is the best pesto I have ever had. Even the tomato on my sandwich was ripe! We are looking forward to returning for dinner.

My wife and I are here on a getaway weekend. I was looking forward to trying this place out. I was a little disappointed when they informed me they were out of a lot of things but I understand that times are a little different now. But I ended up with the Spaghetti and Meatballs and my wife had the Shrimp Cabonara. We also had the Brussel Sprouts for our app. They were delicious!!! Best I’ve ever had at a restaurant! The cocktails were very good as well. I would recommend this place if your looking for some good Italian food in Boone.
