Delicious! We had such a lovely first time here. We shared the shishito peppers, then each got the salmon and the lamb. I was told the lamb was exceptional. Overall a friendly atmosphere and good food. Will be back!

Great location. Food and drinks was great. Nice atmosphere. Busy place but the service was on.point and wait staff are real pros. We only had from the tapas menu and it was more than enough to satisfy. Will definitely recommend and go back.

I’ve actually been to both locations and prefer the ambiance at the Tarrytown location. The food was delicious and the service was great both times. I think I ordered the same food each time – Patatas Bravas, Gambas al Ajillo, and Alcachofas Fritas (Fried Artichokes). This time I also had the Special Sautéed Mushrooms in Sherry. Basque is a great place to go before a show at the Tarrytown Music Hall. On this occasion I took an Uber so I didn’t have to worry about parking. I highly recommend Basque if you’re in the area! Note: A bottle of wine and a cocktail were part of the check, hence the high check.

My husband and I try and go here nearly every Saturday- it’s the best restaurant in Tarrytown. The service is fantastic & they’re always so welcoming even when they are crazy busy. The food- out of this world!!!!!

Enjoyed a meal at Basque in Tarrytown, where the seafood paella was the star of the show. The flavors were fresh and well-balanced, and the rice was cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly, and the overall ambiance made for a delightful dining experience. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Excellent variety and quality food. Chorizo, lamb chops, stuffed scallop shell. Nice, friendly, inviting atmosphere. We’ll be back.

After a long drive, to end our holiday, we ended at Basque Tapas Bar and were wowed by everything: the ambiance, the food, service and Benny’s hospitality. It was our first time but he made us feel like we’ve known him for ages. The seafood Paella was the best we’ve had outside of Spain. Hands down, full stop. So was the red wine sangria, not too sweet, just right. To accompany the flan which was outrageously good, Benny offered us glasses of cream of Oruja, a Spanish liquor distilled from grapes that closely resembles Bailey’s Irish Cream but not as sweet. We’ll be back, Benny, you can count on it.

As a recovering foodie, I live and workout for an incredible meal. Breaking bread over thoughtful and artisanal cuisine is a past time for me. Basque is one of those special restaurants that deliver in both experience and flavor. Time and money well spent in an era of otherwise middle of the road and overpriced heaps of low quality food. From the croquettes, to anchovies endive, to the steak tapas, each dish is executed with expertise. The wine selection is notable as well.

Not exactly authentic but closest to a real Spanish restaurant I’ve found. The chipirones are amazing, stay away from the croquetas because the bechamel is grainy and unflavorful. We tried the chorizo and it’s okay could be cooked longer. Best part about it is the selection of authentic beers and wines!
