Nice little breakfast place. I enjoy their double egg breakfast sandwich, it tastes fresh and delicious. My husband likes their Sullivan Island ( pastrami, smoked salmon on toast). They make great iced and hot lattes. Definitely will be coming back!

Easily my favorite coffee shop in the area. Great sandwiches, bagels, and solid coffee. Nice atmosphere too and good for getting some work done. Would recommend to anyone.

I really like battlegrounds but lately I’m finding the food quality seems to be slipping. I order takeout today, I got the Princeton which is avocado with an egg on top. This was the avocado on my sandwich. I ordered it and picked it up in the span of about 30 minutes so it wasn’t like it was sitting out for a while. It smelled off too. I’m also finding when I go that a lot of the food on the menu is usually unavailable when I go lately. They never seem to have an açaí bowl when I go and that’s my favorite thing on the menu. I’m really bummed this is one of my favorite lunch/work spots.

What a cute little place, I love the industrial decor, with the couches by the window is super charming. The shop was pretty full when I went with my daughter around 9:30/10 AM. Our food was good, (we were a little disappointed about not being able to have the rainbow bagel) however the Asiago bagel was delicious. The espresso was on point, and hot chocolate was also great. Place is very cozy, super friendly staff, kid’s friendly with big tables. They have a pretty big menu selection of food, breakfast and lunch. It seems to be a great place to work, and have coffee on weekdays. I’ll be coming back soon.

Went to get an ok breakfast today because I was donating blood later on, but I walked out walking in clouds! I was a faithful fan after my first bite of the toast called TURTLE BAY. It has granny’s smith, pecans, goat cheese, cream cheese, and chia seeds and drizzled with honey served on an Asiago toast, and I was a fan forever! When I was leaving, I made sure to tell the person at the front counter that it was the best thing I’ve ate in a very long time. I’m already craving more!

I never leave reviews, but had to leave one for this place. I’m a die hard Starbucks fan, but today I thought I’d try a small local shop…. and OMG the coffee was absolutely delicious! I think I found a new (and much cheaper!) alternative to my usual coffee joint.

Really cute coffee spot in downtown area, the atmosphere was great. Tasty coffee and the acai bowl was good. The avocadotoast with smoked salmon was soo fresh. Really good breakfast spot.

May be the best coffee shop in town. Seating is limited and the back room is a bit cold . The breakfast sandwich was good but was lacking a kick or a drizzle of something to make it special. Overall a good place for your first outing of the day.

I recently visited Battle Grounds Coffee Company, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The coffee shop has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

Great coffee shop with some hot breakfast and lunch options. Delicious pastries and other snacks too. I got a bagel sandwich with eggs, tomato, bacon, avocado and cheese. Other people I was with had coffees, pastries and sandwiches. Great place to grab something quick to-go, but they also have plenty of space to dine in and chat or bring a laptop. The decor is hip.
