I ordered rice and chicken, fries, beef curry, nun. Rice was almost raw and dry. Environment is too much dirty and there are so many bugs and flies. Their kitchen was very dirty and low hygiene. Overall I can say it was a worst experience.

I like the fried snacks they usually have. Singara, samosa, piyaju. Also their chicken tikka masala and garlic naan was delicious. My husband got morag pulao and we were confused because it did not come with “pulao” it came with basmati rice mixed with its gravy. Overall it’s a nice restaurant to get food from but very small inside. And can be uncomfortable for female to dine in as it is mostly always group of men inside.

I went with my family because of Bangladeshi restaurants. Their behaviour are totally unprofessional.They need behavioural training immediately. Their food Price is very high . Food quality is very ordinary. Regarding customer service , they don’t know any customer service things. Also attitude is monopolistic type as there is no Bangladesh i restaurant.

Bay leaf restaurant allows for customers to use parking lot and nearby lots as a big trash can! Management rarely cleans property surrounding restaurant, when confronted, management says they are not responsible for customers, this place is dirty and rats have come to this area since restaurant opened ,.This is a update., Since I posted these pictures, and had verbal argument with manager(last year) i have to be fair, management of restaurant has placed several trash cans on property, NOW, if restaurant management can convince his customers to use these trash cans he would be doing the neighborhood a favor. Note to restaurant management; it is still your responsibility to empty these trash cans ,and pick up your customers trash! Update 1yr later, Sunday morning 9am pictures the trash just gets worse. This place we had very bad experience . Don’t choose this resturant. We ordered biryani ,it was so bad smell .not only me my whole family had a complain . We can’t finish that biryani . They just make it hot and sell it . I don’t want others to go there for biryani and if you go you will surely regret.
