The whole experience was a vibe. I wish I knew the cashier’s name but she was so amazing. She was very honest about the food items. She explained everything in detail. We need more people like her. The Beignet Burger was so flavorful.

Placed a pick up order for early dinner with the Player’s Choice, Bay Town Burger and Freedom Fries with a side of Bay Sauce. Both burgers were very flavorful and juicy, perfectly cooked with what you could tell was fresh beef. We thought the burgers were a bit smaller than expected but not a deal breaker given the quality. The Bay Sauce reminded me somewhat of Cane’s sauce but more seasoned. I wouldn’t order the fries again; they were crinkle cut with good potato flavor but not worth adding on unless you just really want some fries. For eating at home, next time I’d just throw my favorite frozen brand in the air fryer.

I was excited to hear that there’s a new local burger chain in Mobile so we came to check it out. The vibe is nice, laidback. The food is very good. The burger is a bit on the smallish side but the patty was delicious being well-seasoned. The lettuce and tomato were fresh. Their bay sauce is delicious. The fries were perfectly fried and seasoned. Altogether a delicious meal. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because all the tables were dirty and the floor needed sweeping in places. If the staff could keep up with the cleaning, the place deserves 5 stars!

The burgers and fries are really good The sauce that they put on the hamburgers that’s of their own creations was very good and I believe they make their own ranch on site because it had a different kind of flavor.

Paid $30 for two burgers that didn’t fill up the bun, and a thing of fried pickles, asks for a tip when they don’t do any service of your table. 3% charge for paying with a card which they don’t advertise, confusing menu, the patties are seasoned like they put raisins in potato salad, I honestly feel bad about spending money here.

We visited here 15 minutes after opening and the place was absolutely filthy. The table we were seated was wobbly and we had to switch tables a few times due to old ketchup being on the tables. There was food on the floor, tables and looked like they hadn’t cleaned the night before. This was my 1st time eating here and I was really disappointed.

I will not go back. My wife ordered a burger with bacon and onion rings side. Hers was missing bacon and onion rings. My burger was missing the grilled onions, cheese and most important, the meat patty. That’s right. The burger I was handed had the bun, tomato, one small leaf of lettuce and NOTHING ELSE! Then I had to wait 10 minutes at their counter for a meat patty. Never again.

Tried Bay for the first time yesterday and wasn’t impressed by the burger. After googling best burger in west mobile Bay came up on the list So I wanted to try it. When ordering I asked if they could cook my burger medium not overcooked and dry. They said they were all cooked the same and couldn’t cook to order. Well okay then, got my order to go in a few minutes and headed home. Get home and my burger is way overcooked along with some burnt fries. Of course for 14 bucks and change I’m going to eat it. For a senior on a fixed income that’s a lot of money for a burger that honestly was better than Burger King but not by much. I’m going to try Bay again because I’m hoping it was a fluke and next time it will be better. The cook probably should cook a patty and time it for medium to medium well so they are consistent and juicy.

I remember not too long ago seeing Mo Bay Beignet’s opening on the local news to much fanfare and celebration. I’m not much of a sweets person but my wife is so I figured that one day we would pay them a visit. Fast forward a year or so and I see that the owners have expanded their offering to include Bay Town Burger which is definitely up my alley so I knew we would definitely have to make our way over to check them out. Well, that day was yesterday and the good news is that I can tick that box and satisfy my curiosity. The bad news is that it wasn’t all that.
