Words cannot explain how terribly we were treated! Graduation celebration gone wrong. Arrangements, reservations had been made a couple of weeks prior to visit with manager Ashley because we had a pretty big party and celebrating a graduation. We arrived and our hostess/server was very nice. Drink and food orders had been taken and the guy explained how everything works. We received our orders, start throwing and having a good time and next thing we know, we were told we had to leave because “someone had booked the facility.” *Funny because our server said she didn’t know anything about the facility being booked for the evening other than our reservation.* Didn’t get to stay a full hour! Tried to speak with manager who again was very rude and didn’t have time to deal with us because she “had just come from a funeral.” We ended up returning our food and drinks and left. You guys really lost some great business that evening!!. The only reason for the 2 stars is because of our server. Sorry I forgot her name.

I booked a birthday party from 6-8. The games were fun but the service was horrible! Our waitress never put in our drink orders until 45 mins later and only after I asked her and the bartender if we were going to get our drinks any time soon. She kept walking off when we would order something and I would have to wave her down to complete our order. We finally got our food 30 mins before our time was up. Wouldn’t waste my $200.00 on a booking or the $110.00 for food again.

Came here with a few friends for some pizza they are advertised as “bayou Cajun pizza” wasn’t sure what was Cajun about the place other than the location what kind of pizza place doesn’t have hot sauce? None. No hot sauce they offered me Buffalo sauce… not mad but it seems redundant to have hot sauce. Food was meh. Ordered a margarita pizza this is what I got.

My family and I were there celebrating my niece graduation. We were there from several different states. Reservations were made for the facility well in advance. After being there only an hour, we were told we had to leave because they had rented the facility out We didn’t get our full time that was reserved & was told by management “you have to leave”. If I’m ever in Roustun, LA, again, I will never visit or recommend this place. First impressions are lasting ones. Horrible. I rated a one-star because there is nothing less.

We had lots of fun! The fried Mac and cheese bites were our favorite! There could possibly be a way to make it where employees can see who already paid for ace throwing, so there’s no confusion later, but we’ll definitely be back!
