Plants Over Animals
Last minute stop before returning home, my daughter really wanted a funnel cake so we stopped here to get one. Ordered quickly, they seemed to have other good dessert choices on the menu like fried Oreos, they offer you sweet tea in a cute mug for $8 with $1 refills seemed a little high, didn’t get that. We were excited to eat our funnel cake but it was really crunchy and hard, not the way a funnel cake should be. Staff was really friendly though

Just awful tourist trap. Stopped for a quick lunch with our kids. Took half hour with no other patrons. Our “hot food” was seriously cold and highly questionable quality. Wondered if it was even safe to eat. Also, they pulled the “we’re out of water” so buy an exhorbitabtly priced drink trick. Just flat out dishonest awful place.

The sarsaparilla soda I picked up here yesterday might be the best soda I have ever had in my life. At $3.25 a bottle its a little on the pricey side, but you definitely get what you pay for.

On our visit here at Chimney Rock we stopped in here to get a parfait and a banana split… The young lady that was working there will do her grandma Justice and she was doing quite well… I was very impressed with her and I even told her that one day she going to be a millionaire with her work ethics.. :-).. you go girl..:-) 😉

The people at Bayou Billy’s are top notch! They are friendly from the time you walk in to the time you walk out! Their pizza is top notch and will leave you wanting more! I’ve literally contemplated driving 4 hours just to have another slice. They have indoor and outdoor seating which is convenient if it decides to rain. We visited last year.

Met Billy, nice guy n all, But the pizza was a major disappointment..Like others stated, frozen pizza has more flavor…Served on cheap paper plates, the cheese actually stuck to the plate and ripped off when trying to pick up the slice…I was spitting out paper…Ordered a slice of both the cheese and pepperoni and couldn’t eat the cheese slice…Billy, you gotta do better…
