Perfect weather to enjoy the lakeside deck, have an outdoor lunch and some beverages; all done well. However, the service and staff were not. I felt like a bother to the staff instead of a guest that had chosen their venue for a relaxing lunch. At first I attributed the long wait to an abundance of customers while I waited 30 minutes for a table. But after being seated, I realized that Bayside needs to spend some time reviewing customer service starting at the front reception area, with the bartenders and the table service. It was only after we caught the ear of a manager that we were able to get done just under two hours. Gem of a place but we won’t be back.

This is an excellent venue for chilling out. The views are great and Friday nights’ music rocks. Should you come here for a “fine” dining experience? Maybe not, but it does what it does very well. No reason to judge a fish on it’s ability to climb trees.

Best wharf menu variety on the lake. Pricey but good. Service is fair, not great. Good spot for events (grooms dinner, corp. gathering, etc..). Launch service/ boat tours are really nice.

Went here for breakfast, I’d say about 1/4 of the tables were taken. We were seated right away then server was nowhere to be seen. After I got up and asked someone she finally took our order. People who came in and ordered after us were getting their food but ours was not out. Server said “it was almost ready” about 5 times over 30 mins. Food was OK. Strawberries were missing from one dish according to the server “because they didn’t look good today”. Didn’t offer to give us any discount on the bill. Will not be back.

Awesome location, delicious food, great happy hour specials, friendly staff! Not nearly as “yuppy” as Maynards nor expensive. Avoid the “I’ve got money so I must be better than you” crowd and patronize this establishment, they’re fantastic!

OMG – lakeside bar, restaurant, free parking and piers for tying up your boat. Live music and dancing on weekends. Charter boat tours depart from here too. Excellent wedding and caterring facilities too.
