The crab cake was very disappointing. There was no white lump crab meat. It looked more like brown claw meat. The rest of the meal was good, stewed tomatoes, macaroni salad, corn casserole and green beans.

Bayside inn has a wide selection of crab dishes; my favorite was the cream of crab soup. The servers are on top of everything, and very friendly. also tasty: crabby fries.

We were among first to be seated on our visit, one of last to be served. Waiter let another server take our food out to another table. We waited 1.5 hrs…only had 2 hours total for the island visit. Very disappointed- paid so much to ride boat over only 30 minutes to explore all due to inept waiter.

Took boat ride to island to see island and eat. We decided to eat first and had to be back to boat by 4 pm. We didn’t get served till 3 pm and had to board boat at 3:30 pm and never even got to tour island. If you go to island don’t eat there.

Nice place for food and view , golf carts worth it, boat very nice ride .Food good and drink good no seasoning only reason on crabs is why i say. Dry island bring drinks good with. Had a good time. Relaxing.

Drinks were served quickly from the restaurant manager… however our server was a little slow like 15 mins to take our order even though there were only 3 tables filled at the time inside. And another 20 – 30 mins to get the food. The crab dip came with no toast/bread, it was yummy…. the soft shell crab was awesome. The breaded shrimp was good too.

Waited about an hour from the time we arrived to the time we got our food. People who sat down after us got their order 15-20 minutes sooner than we did. Food arrived to our table cold and wasn’t great. Not worth even half the price. The whole restaurant smelled like rancid(old) fryer grease as did the food. The boat tour was fine for the price but the food experience on the island was terrible.
