My husband and I were there back in March. I ordered the fish(can’t remember the kind at this time) with the shrimp. It was delicious and seasoned perfectly. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger platter and said it was good as well. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Worst burger I’ve had. cole slaw had a weird taste and not fit to eat, forgot to bring cole slaw and salad to the table. The seafood platters were 2 stars if that. Not much for atmosphere as there were only 3 tables at 6pm on a Friday night. Should have known when we turned into an empty parking lot to just leave. No refills on drinks and took forever to get our ticket to pay and leave. Service was lacking all the way around, didn’t even know where the drink list was on the menu.

We just moved from NV to Freeport, and this was the first restaraunt we decided to pop into. The owner is the nicest person, we held a conversation for a majority of our visit, learned about the restaraunt, and she gave us some helpful tips for the area; The food was so delicious, and came out fast and hot!

Don’t let the unassuming appearance fool You..We had an EXCELLENT meal here Valentines Day! The seafood Gumbo is as good as any I have had! I opted for a fried duo…2 catfish filets and 6 fried scallops. It came out beautifully fried..light and crispy..done to perfection! Catfish was light and flaky..scallops same..NOT overfried! Wife had grilled scallops and shrimp…equally well cooked! Very good food at reasonable prices.. and great service…everything tasted fresh! Worth a visit..We were very pleasantly surprised!
