I went to restaurant for the first time, the older lady there sounded very irritated over the phone but still I waited to taste African food for the first time. I was parked outside and noticed you couldn’t not go in and place order. You have to call number on door,so I did that and waited 20 minutes for the worst horrible tasting food ever. The okra and chicken seems to be spoiled but the chicken with greens was better tastings. I should have left when she was inpatient on the phone and the entree’s were $15 a piece. $45 wasted.

A coworker introduced me to this place a few months ago, and I just went for the first time. All i can say is WOW! The fufu and chicken eguzi was phenomenal, and the service was great. The sweetest lady took my order and when I couldn’t find the place, she called and directed me. Definitely going to go back more often

I called a few minutes before arriving and ordered the spicy chicken egusi & fufu, the lady told me it would be ready in about 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, I get a text saying the food is ready, I respond and get to the restaurant. I had a pleasant encounter with her, we talked for a minute and I got the food and left. The food was perfect, it had the right amount of spice, the chicken was tender, and the fufu was the perfect consistency. It was $15 before tax, so not bad considering it was authentic and very flavorful. I’ll definitely be going back.

First time trying Nigerian dishes. It was a dream of my daughter for over a year and we finally visited a city with it. Food was good to me. I had egusi soup with beef and my daughters had it with chicken. We all wanted goat but restaurant was out of it. We could not sit in restaurant to enjoy.

so good! my mom and i got their beef egusi soup and fufu, tasted AMAZING. don’t let the reviews scare you as long as you call and order ahead you’ll be fine. the lady is a little rough around the edges but she’s not rude or anything like that what other people are saying. as long as you call ahead and wait for your text you’ll have a good experience. we were coming from about thirty minutes away so i called when we left and as soon as we pulled in i got the text our food was ready so it was timed perfectly. paid 30 dollars, fifteen each.

Food was absolutely authentic and delicious. I’ve already been back. Love that they have vegan options as well. Family oriented. Definitely call ahead for your orders. They stay busy.

This was our first time trying Fufu with Egusi soup. We looked up the restaurant and placed an order. Once we arrived we waited less than 10 minutes. The owner was nice and informative on what we were ordering. The meal was delicious and we are definitely going back.

We were just taking a family weekend away from home and we decided to try this place out. We ordered the bean burgers and fries for the hubby and kids. The bean burger had a great taste, per the kids, but the bun was hard as a rock in the middle. The fries tasted great, but my husband swears that they were store brought Rallys fries. I ordered the goat pepper soup with Fufu and it was awesome, but we had a very small portion. The goat tasted great. The children loved it also. We also tried the jollof rice with chicken and fried plantains. The plantains were fried to perfection and tasted amazing. The chicken was o.k. and so was the jollof rice. We have had better. Overall, I would come back but those buns need to be fresh.
