It is unfortunate that this place has gone downhill over the last several years. BBQ used to be my all-time favorite Korean chicken place but not anymore. The quality and customer service just sucks now. The boneless chicken used to have less breading and was fried perfectly enough to retain its juice. NOW.. it is like biting down on rocks. Absolutely not edible. Always fried to the point where the meat tasted dry and the breading was so hard to bite down every time. We even gave this place many chances over the last two years and now we will not order from here anymore. As for customer service, all the bad reviews are true. I’m very surprised the owner allows this to continue. Very very disappointed.

The wings here are actually really good, unlike a lot of other establishments. This one is more of a takeout restaurant inside of the shopping center next to the H mart. Their menu items are not as extent as the other establishments like the bb.q chicken in upper darby, but I wanted the Korean wings with the gangjeong sauce. It was not allowed. The person on the phone would not allow me to customize the order. So basically, i got the regular bb wings with the sauce on the side and poured it on myself. That kind of lowers the rating a little bit. Because I don’t think it would have been a hassle to add the sauce to the cooked wings as they do for any other type of order. This location doesn’t offer the gangnam style wings either, which is a letdown.

Food is great. Would be amazing if their phones worked. Goes straight to voicemail no matter when you call. Having to choose between paying 5 extra dollars an item and waiting 30-40 mins by ordering in person is horrid.

I’ve been coming here allot recently and I love it. The food court is on target all the way and you’ll enjoy the variety. I have literally made gifts out of the fried chicken from bb.q chicken. The chicken is that good. The atmosphere is great allot of diversity. Worth the trip.

My wife called ahead and ordered 20 boneless and 20 regular wings for 3 pm pickup. I got there at 5 of and the counter girl had some trouble finding my order. She went in the back and came out and said they are being cooked now. Another lady came in and placed an order when I moved to the side. The counter girl charged my card and handed me a beeper. I waited until 10 after when I saw the lady after me get beeped and pick up her order. At quarter after still no beep so I went up and asked what the problem was. The new girl behind the counter said let me check. Then she said oh your order has been sitting here on the counter. The last girl never told me you had an order coming out. If it’s one thing I can’t stand it’s incompetence. The wings were supposed to be ready at 3 not start cooking at 3. What’s the point of calling ahead? Not going back there.

been here many times to get my favorite secret spicy sauce wings and always enjoyed it. however last few times i saw new faces. kitchen must be new to because it does not taste the same anymore. they use way too much flour…very very thick fried layer. doesn’t taste good anymore. thought first time was a mistake from the kitchen, but 3-4 times after that??? seems like their recipe has changed. i no longer order from this location.

I had time to order when I picked up my door dash yesterday, I really like their honey garlic chicken wings. And I really like cashier she’s nice and friendly and she also kind not like dat big gentleman cashier I saw him many time and he doesn’t care about customer. “You should take that dude out and keep that nice lady to be at your counter”.
