Great to see this relatively new restaurant doing a brisk business at lunch today. It appears that word is getting around that this is the place for some incredible Korean fried chicken! This was my first visit, we tried 3 types of boneless wings: Hot Spicy, Hot Mala, and Spicy Galbi. I am very pleased to say that when they say Spicy, they mean it! Finally, a local restaurant that actually puts flavor and serious spice into their dishes! Portion sizes are generous and after all of our sampling we settled on the Spicy Galbi as our favorite. All preparations have a unique and complex flavor profile. This isn’t Frank’s Red Hot Sauce thrown onto some Costco chicken chunks. This is serious culinary work resulting in awesome crispy goodness and flavor that will please your taste buds for a while after you finish. The addition of small containers of pickled radish to our takeout order was also a nice touch. A good way to temper the heat if it becomes too intense for you.

This was my first time visit to this recently opened Korean Barbecue Chicken restaurant. Their main menu offering is a variety of flavor options for whole chicken, wings or boneless chicken. For this visit, I chose the Galbi boneless chicken with a side fries. The food was freshly prepared and the flavor matched the menu description “sweet, savory and smoky with green onions and sesame seed garnish”. The food was nice and hot and the service was friendly. For carry out orders, I recommend ordering ahead as the wait time for a walk-in carry out order was about 20-25 minutes.

Very expensive. Goodness, compared to typical American fried chicken. And they cut into strange pieces. Like a half chicken is 8 pieces. Umm ok, not true. Half is one leg one thigh one wing and one breast. 4 pieces. Probably over sauced too. Like hard to eat so much sauce. Hides the true flavor of the chicken. Finally. They used small birds. The legs were tiny. Overall not worth the money for sure and a long way to go to get better. Positive was chicken was cooked perfect and had a crispy light crust.

Ordered Spicy Galbi wings with a side of rice, radish, and dumplings for take out. Everything was delicious! Wings are crispy and saucy. They were super busy when I went so I would recommend ordering ahead since it takes 25-30mins for pick up. I like that it’s made to order and the staff is really nice. I will be coming here again!

I had been to CM Chicken and loved it so when I saw this place, I had to try it. It was very busy. We were seated right away and told to press the button on the table whenever we were ready. We ordered the Galbi wings, 2 side orders of rice and the Ddeok-Bokki. So good and our waitress was so nice!

Chicken was excellent, probably some of the best I’ve ever had. If you take boneless wings, increase the crispiness with more of a tempura like batter, and add some delicious sauces, that’s what you have here. The small portion was definitely big enough for a single person. I am looking forward to trying there different sauces in the future!
