Awesome chicken wings! Lots of places serves small size bone wings but these are great size and the flavor we got was the soy garlic and honey garlic. Highly recommended for any chicken wings lover out there. My only complaint is if you are dining in it is tight and there’s no restroom to use.

bb.q Chicken – Tustin is by far my favorite location I’ve tried so far! It was the first location actually (I tried a second location that was a bit lacking). I was craving Korean fried chicken and happened to see someone on my fb recommend bb.q chicken. Honestly the pictures alone sold me. Tustin happened to be the closest location to where I was at the time that my bf and I decided to stop by.

I tried to order chicken walk-in 9:24 pm. Manager tells me we stop taking orders at 9:30. I go out and then I realize it is only 9:25 pm so I go back in the manager pretends to look around and then tells me oh well we turned off the fryer. The store closes at 10 shutting down a half hour doesn’t seem reasonable.

Let me start by saying the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful, so they get a 5 star for customer service. The restaurant was also clean and organized nicely. However, the fried chicken itself gets a 1 star. The chicken batter for the original flavor had zero seasoning not even salt or pepper and they only used dark thigh meat that was greasy and rubbery in texture with a fishy aftertaste. KFC, Popeye’s or Raising Cane’s is much tastier and way cheaper. I wanted to like this place so bad but it was an epic fail =(

This place missed my order and I called them when I found out about 30 minutes later but no matter how many times I called no one answered for several hours… when I finally got through, I found out they don’t do cash return but sort of store credit thing… people… MAKE SURE to CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving the store..

40 minutes to cook 8 boneless wings? Was the only order to cook for a good 20 minutes. Not sure what happened here but I’ve been to plenty of Korean BBQ chicken places before.. it doesn’t take 40 minutes for 8 boneless wings.
