how come noone answers the phone in the westwood location??? i kept calling for 18 mins and straight to VM! i ordered 8 pcs golden original, 8 pcs honey garlic and 8 pcs of spicy kalbi and we got 16 pcs of honey garlic and 8 pcs os maybe spicy garlic but it wasnt spicy… not sure if they made a mistake on our order or if they gave us someone elses order but we are quite upset and my husband and daughter only like the golden original. now it is too late and we did not want to drive all the way back!!! At least pickup the phone so you can deliver to us the correct item we ordered!
