I try so hard to support this establishment but they make it difficult. Placed an online order 8/17 and arrive to pick it up and they’re closed. I decided not to dispute charge and just come back on 8/18 but guess what? Still closed. I say I’m still going to try and support this black owned business and just come back Saturday 8/19 because they definitely should be open to get weekend money but nope still closed!

Only giving 1 star because Hours clearly state that they open at noon and it’s 12:20 and the door is locked. I watched so many potential customers pull up and leave! Not a good look!! Maybe one day I’ll be able to taste and give an accurate review

Did not care for the cashless system in place nor the less than personable individual who brought my food to the counter. I ordered two sausage entries and was not impressed. It did not taste like it was even on a grill. No touch of smoke. I am willing to give them one more try but the restaurant store front did not smell link it was even a BBQ place.

Food good, customer service could be better! They locked the door 10mins before time to close. I also don’t like that the bags are by the door and I have to bag my own food. Other than that I would go back for the food I guess.

This was my first time visiting and the rib tips were a bit tough and not as flavorful as I expected considering the name of the restaurant. I’ll give them another try though; (before I say never again, I’ll stick with JJ Rib Shack!!)

Hot inside even though they cook outside. Rib tips weren’t seasoned. Baked beans were too sweet. Sweet tea tasted like the dropped the bag of sugar in it. U bag ur own food.
