Delicious bbq. Easily some of the best Piedmont style sauce I’ve had. The bbq is sold by the pound, and while it looks unappetizing at first all packed in the tray, it’s delicious. You kinda get the feeling you’re not supposed to go inside, but don’t worry, you are!

Wouldn’t sell to me said they? Weren’t a place to come and eat wasn’t trying to eat? There was trying to makeva order to go I thought they sold barbecue by the pound but I guess one individual isn’t allowed to buy one pound of bbq 10 out 10 don’t recommend

This was fantastic BBQ. I appreciate the simplicity. They have pork by the pound, BBQ sauce and coleslaw. To go only. This allows them to focus on creating a fantastic product at a great price. I found the BBQ through reviews when I was driving through on my way to visit Charlotte. It is off the road by a warehouse. I hope to drive through again soon!

Excellent old style wholesale BBQ shack. Get your meat by the pound. Not a place to sit down and grab a burger. Cash only. His sauce and meat smoking flavor profile is a very unique blend that I’ve never anything close to it.

We get our bbq here for all occasions. Leftovers , we pop in the food saver, freeze and they are great for quick meals. Just add your sides and you’ve got a great meal! I highly recommend trying this place out.

Best bbq in Hickory, not to mention the sauce and slaw! Just add your slider rolls, buns and maybe potato salad and you have a meal fit for a king! Reasonable prices and friendly swrvice. I will be back!!!

Place was closed for a few weeks for family and we all kept hoping the sign would change to open again. Thankful it did because this is the best Bar-b-q you will find. Buy from one pound pack or five. The man will help you with amount you need to feed family get togethers and he also makes slaw.
