Just went here for lunch. Took it across the street to the Lakefront to enjoy. Had the buffalo chicken wrap it was spicy and so fresh. I got a tropical green smoothie and the lady that took my order was so accommodating. This place is simple and clean, please stop by in our neighborhood and support. You can take your lunch over to the lake and enjoy the view like I did.

This place is where you should go whenever you want a light, refreshing, healthy meal. I love smoothies, but don’t like to make them because I hate buying all the ingredients. I used to go to another place nearby, but they were overpriced, put sherbet in every smoothie, and had an owner that wasn’t kind.

I had the southwest chicken wrap and the peach paradise they both were amazing… so much so that I came back the next day and got the same thing … also Kara is so pleasant when I came back she greeted me by name and I was very impressive that she remembered… keep up the great work

Re: I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER IN BE SMOOTHIE AGAIN!I was a frequent customer at this establishment, until today. I ordered 2 Berry Strong protein drinks, one with vanilla whey and the other unflavored whey. Long story short, I did not receive the unflavored whey drink I orederd for my aunt who has diabetes. My mmistake was not asking the young lady who made the drinks if she used vanilla in both drinks, after watching her dip from a container that had vanilla written on the side of the container. I called Be Smoothie after my aunt tasted the drink and she said it definitely had vamilla in the drink. She has had the drink before so knows the difference. I called Be Smoothie to tell them about the drinks we received. I explained what happened, what I saw and the young lady told me the owner would have to call me back after reviewing the video The owner, Liz, called me back and explained the video showed her employee used the correct whey in each drink. After having to try to prove there was a mistake somewhere in the transaction, she said, “If she does not like the drink…” It was not that my aunt didn’t like the drink…IT WAS THE WRONG DRINK AND TOO SWEET FOR A DIABETIC! I refused to go back and forth with Liz and hung up. LIz’s conversation did not offer a feasible solution during my time on the phone. I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER IN BE SMOOTHIE! I believe customer service makes or breaks a business. The customer should never feel the way Liz’s conversation made me feel as a frequent customer, who never had a problem until today.
