The Caesar Salad
Our caesar salad has a sacred lineage. The original recipe from caesar cardini’s restaurant in tijuana a travelled to arnaud’s in the twenties. Sean was trained in its preparation at arnaud’s before opening the bistro. For a mick, like sean, the sacrilege of changing our caesar is too daunting. But for a few bucks ($5) and a risk to your mortal soul you are free to meddle.
$18.00
Bella Roma Tomato Salad
Heritage plum tomatoes, warmed with an herbed vinaigrette. Garnished with baby greens, herb toast and parmesan crisp.

This restaurant is tucked away at the end of a short street right on the beach. You must make reservations or be very lucky. It almost seems like it’s an old house that has been converted into a restaurant. Loads of charm, quirky little corners and dark paneling. The front huge window is everything as you’re looking directly onto the sand in the gulf. If you are adventuresome, they have tables right on the sand for dinner. We went for an anniversary and they gave us the prime spot in the corner in front of the window. Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. They serve only three course dinners with some options. Everything we had that night was absolutely delicious and worth the price. We will definitely be going back again next year for anniversary again.

The only thing that a regret myself was missing the sunset because we were a party of 10 and at that time the outside was full.

Couldn’t recommend here more! They made our anniversary so special. The service is amazing (especially our team member, Joey), the food was phenomenal, and they really paid attention to the details. We’ll be talking about this for years to come – it’s well worth the money!

We enjoyed every bite of food. Drinks were great. I enjoyed the “new fashioned ” smoked. My husband tried the Pirate Punch.

Beautifully romantic, four courses of food elegantly prepared, promptly served in a perfect beach destination. Unobstructed sunset views, friendly informative servers. Children have a “make your own pizza” option, whisked away to pizza ovens then cut into small slices and served with flair! Delicious custom cocktails and extensive wine list!

The resturant offers a preset 4 course dinner with different options in each course. Each was excellent . The service was superb. And not rushed. We elected to have our dinner on the beach rather than inside only 4 tables or so available beach side so have to book well in advance. Great atmosphere but at the mercy of Mother Nature.

I heard a lot about this restaurant, it turned out to be very popular and it was difficult to reserve a table. Because of that my expectations were much higher. For such an expensive restaurant, I wanted a slightly more gourmet special meal.

My mom and I were in town for a girls week and went to Beach Bistro for a sunset dinner on the beach for our last night on the island as our grand finale. The food + service were 110% on point and we had an unforgettable evening. We would absolutely recommend and will be back! Bonus – We were able to make reservations in advance AND they had valet parking!!!

Actually the food and service are 10 stars. From the attentive valet to our server, each “ACT” presenter was superb. Chef is to be complimented for the just perfect taste experience. Sunset was not added to bill. Not much when we drove up. A tad concerned. Quickly found out this is a wonderful place to dine and be treated like special guests. Expensive but well worth it.
