Excellent! My husband and I ordered take out everything was hot, flavorful and delicious. We had the 1/2 rack with 2 sides coleslaw & cornbread. We also ordered the 2 meats/2 sides (pulled pork and brisket with mash and onion rings)we will definitely be back to dine in!!

I had high hopes since Beachland Tavern is so good. The pulled pork was more fat than meat. The mac and cheese tasted like boxed with cheese added. The biscuits and gravy were just okay, nothing special. The fried pickles were very thin but the sauce was delicious. The service was very slow and she never checked on us. I’ll let them get the kinks out and try again in a few months.

Excited to try this place ! I got the food home and I’ve never been so disappointed. The brisket was completely fat ! About a tablespoon of actual meat. The macaroni and cheese wasn’t baked and was very dry and lacked flavor. Very bland. The pulled pork was also very fatty. The one decent item was the onion rings. Not exceptional but o.k. The parking or lack there of is also a problem. Very few spots. The whole experience was very disappointing.

I hate giving bad reviews but I hope owner reads and makes changes. First off there was a hidden/ surprise up charge for selecting rib option on combo. The Mac and Cheese is out of a box just no flavor and looked like when I had no milk in college and had to use water instead. The baked beans had massive over tang like too much vinegar perhaps. Recipe is off. Ribs were tiny portion and so so. Pulled pork wasn’t bad best of everything I got but again for almost $30 (2 and 2 combo) portions / quality not worth it and not even close. Changes needed before I would spend money again here.

Food was pretty “okay”. Decided to give this place a shot since Plan B was closed. Being one of 3 tables (2 people at the bar) decided to go with 2 friends. For an atmosphere that I should’ve been able to hang out and enjoy a couple drinks with my friends it felt very rushed and almost as if they were trying to rush us out of the restaurant. Given, we thought at one point it could’ve been because we might have been perceived as loud and were quiet after that, the servers continuously were grabbing plates off of our table, and when we got our check, she placed the bill on our table and was talking to us as she was walking away. As someone who worked in the industry if we were being “too loud” for your small establishment a reminder would’ve been helpful but also, rushing your guests out isn’t the best call.

Excellent service the ribs were delicious with the house sauce. Just needed them cooked a bit longer so that the meat fell off the bone

Ribs were fine but a bit overdone. Beans seemed to be straight out of a can of B&M or Bush’s. Cornbread bland and boring, seemed like it was just cut from one of those generic sheet cornbreads you buy at the supermarket. Sweet potato fries were fine, but nothing special. Too bad as Beechland Tavern is a hidden gem. This was not.

I hate giving poor reviews however, this was the worst smoked BBQ food I have EVER had. Not one thing was good…..baked beans, cole slaw, onion rings, ribs, pulled pork & brisket.

The Brooklyn sandwich was our favorite as well as the black bean and corn salad side. The kitchen sink wings were amazing too!
