I got a bean curd dish with Portobello mushrooms and it smelled heavenly! As you will see in the pic, the presentation was lovely. The food was brought nice and hot and our waitress was fairly attentive, although we did have to wait a bit for drink refills. The lighting was gentle and relaxing and the tables were nicely set. Would return again!

Cute quaint little Chinese restaurant. Food was excellent if your looking for a suggestion I had the amazing chicken. The breading was crispy with a soft crunch it was definitely amazing. I also tried there wonton soup which was pretty good too the broth was nice and rich. Overall great service he kept up with the drinks and was friendly. Would recommend and definitely come again.

Easily my favorite Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. My family goes here all the time and I have never had anything less than a superb meal. Felix is our go to waiter, and we usually enjoy the dumplings and Baked Alaska roll, but everything is delicious

The food here is decent. They never have enough wait staff, so it takes forever to go for lunch. Also, there are other staff members not waiting tables standing around. The food is decent, but nothing like getting food in the burgh. I’d recommend take out.

My wife and I decided to give Bean Curd a try. I’m so glad we did! The food was way better than we could have ever expected! We decided to start with the Pan Fried Dumplings (Fantastic), My Wife ordered the Sesame Shrimp (Delicious) and I Always order Chicken with well done Vegetables and Garlic Sauce ,Extra Spicy (Best I Ever Had) and something I loved they brought a big bowl of fried rice for my wife and I to share, (Great Idea) & the Service was Excellent, Employees were so very Nice also! Can’t wait to go back to try something different!! Check This Resturant Out, You won’t be Disappointed!!

Tonight was my first time eating at bean curd restaurant. And I must say it’s the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to , I had the general TSO chicken and shrimp spring roll and fried rice. It was the best I ever had . You guys totally blow all the other Chinese restaurants right out of the water that I have been to . I highly recommend this place

Food was fresh and of high quality, but like almost universally “Pittsburgh”, nobody knows how to follow directions. When I ask for shrimp that does NOT mean CHICKEN AND shrimp! I am done with the restaurant scene in this embarrassing town! Nothing personal. It’s EVERYWHERE HERE!

Time for a significant update and upgrade. It’s been years since my last visit, and while the staff is the same (I recognized a couple of the servers!) the food has certainly gone through upgrades. Maybe we ordered better choices?

The food is always good. Have not had a bad meal there yet. Just be prepared when you order large fried rice to go. There will be allot. There container will be full and heavy.

Excellent place for a business lunch, quiet, good food and reasonably priced. Worth checking it out if you are in the area.
