Stopped in on my way through town as I was in need of some coffee. I always like to stop at smaller family owned spots if they exist. The barista taking my order was so kind and I was pleased to find out they had oat milk as a non dairy milk option. My iced oat milk latte was REALLY GOOD! I meant to walk back inside to tell them how excellent is was.

The woman working seemed very miserable and unhappy which yes it’s work but in customer service you have to be more polite and upbeat. She was very helpful when I ordered the wrong thing tho and fixed it wout question.

I come up to Shawano on vacation several times each year and always make sure to stop in Beans and Books. They have great hot chocolate and the apple cider is fantastic. I highly recommend the local honey that they sell. It is the best that I have ever had! Beans and Books also has a great selection of used books. Tracy’s customer service was outstanding. She was extremely kind and helpful. It is an awesome place with a friendly staff and really nice environment!

Open Sundays until 3p!!! Great tasting coffee. Cute little book shop adjoining. Only 5 mins off hwy and easy ramp back on. Kwik trip is conveniently next door. Makes a great stop! Will be back. Thanks
