Coffee there is just plain tasting coffee like gas station coffee. I like a roasted taste like Starbucks. Also Starbucks you can choose any ground flavor you want giving customers a variety of taste.

The morning crew is horrendous. Waited in line over 15 minutes with just 3 cars in the drive thru. I was given the wrong coffee, and it tasted like s***. Customer service was also terrible. Employees at this location have no manners, they are honestly just a bunch of entitled kids. You’re better off going to a 7/11 for coffee and a sandwich at this point.

i’ve worked at a coffee shop and i know it’s not always fun and sometimes costumers are rude, but the girl working the window with long blonde hair has terrible costumer service. i was told that the whipped cream was not thawed, which was literally not a big deal, but the girl working the window gave me attitude and asked if i wanted to see the whipped cream to see that she wasn’t lying, even though i hadn’t said anything other than reach for my coffee. this is the second time i’ve had a bad experience with this girl. the first time she was super rude, again for no reason. i spend so much money at beans and brews and always tip, but this girl needs some sort of warning for the way she treats y’all’s costumers.

Whoever just helped me at the drive thru was extremely rude and disrespectful. Girl with long blonde hair laughed at me because I asked for a correction on one of my drinks this morning. I don’t know why it’s necessary for her to stare at me, shake her head, and laugh all because I asked a question. It was my first experience at this location and I won’t be going back.
