Ah, the classic. This is our go-to here at Beans–we’re famous for the High Altitude Roasting that gives our brews a smooth intensity. We use 100% Arabica coffee beans and produce a flavor you can’t find anywhere else.

No one helped me at the drive thru, i was there for few minutes saying hello and no one answered, drove to the front store and both of the employees had their ear sets on and one of them was vaping and they were both on their phones laughing, finally had to ask them to help me inside. Very bad and disappointing customer service.

Double check the prices of the drinks you order from here. I normally get a Caramel Revolver, which is $9, give or take. I was charged $17 for the drink. I don’t know if it’s a new staff or people messing with the sale, but regardless, I will not be coming back.

Customer service at this location turned a 5 star review and a $20 tip into a super unpleasant experience and a 1 star review. Please train your drive thru crew to be polite and patient with customers. I asked for my complicated order to be repeated back to me before paying, the staff here gave me eye rolls and bad attitudes. This is your job… Why is it so bad to ask for customer service before sticking a receipt in my face for a tip!

I have always loved going here, and I’ve always had a good experience. I have never left a bad review in my life, but I felt like I should leave one as the service there lately has been really disappointing. Buying coffee is expensive, so I expect the service to be good quality and lately that has not been the case. The other day I ordered a drink and in the middle of talking I kept on getting cut off and the person taking my order refused to listen to what I was ordering, they were just trying to get me out of there. The way he was speaking was very rude, and It’s not like I had a huge order, I was ordering one drink. When I got to the window I found that the order was completely different from what I had ordered, and every time I’ve been back there since then my orders were not taken correctly and I was not treated kindly.

They always keep $1 of my change. I can only imagine the tips they are forging themselves on people’s cards. Since the owner replied to my initial review about adressing the issue I have never had it happen again! I am grateful they talked to their people about it.
