Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor.
Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho and Nevada.
Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community.

Brewed Coffee
Ah, the classic. This is our go-to here at Beans–we’re famous for the High Altitude Roasting that gives our brews a smooth intensity. We use 100% Arabica coffee beans and produce a flavor you can’t find anywhere else.
Espresso
It’s rich, it’s aromatic, and it packs a punch! We roast our beans at high altitude, then finely grind them and force high-pressure water over them to produce this extra-dark, extra-delicious pick-me-up.
Eye Opener
Slow morning? We have the solution. Enjoy our French roast brew with two added shots of espresso. That’s one for each sleepy eye.
Americano
For an Americano, we add a shot of espresso to piping-hot water to create a drink as strong as a drip coffee, but with the rich flavor and aroma you only find with an espresso.

I love it here I been coming to this springville location since they open. But today was the 4th time I order a large latte and get it half full liquid and half full of just coffe foam. I think no body should be paying for a large and getting literally a medium. It’s not about the money it’s the service. Fix that please, sincerely a loyal costumer

Visiting the area and stopped by for breakfast and drinks for 2. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast items and it was so incredibly slow there was only 1 car ahead in line and maybe 2 people inside. They were finally able to.get our drinks out but made us pull out of the drive through and park out front. My local beans and brews is so much faster and polite then this location. A year ago I had left much better review but today’s visit changed that.

Terrible service from the staff! Every time I’m in Springville I have to remind myself that the staff at this location is awful. I have not returned since the last time that I had an unpleasant experience with three of the staff members. Firstly, a staff didn’t know how to put in my order so she had someone put it in (pretty sure I only asked for their eye opener). The next employee said it was in and that I was good. I left to the bathroom and after I came out, another employee approaches me and says “can I charge you again, she just deleted your order.” As it turns out, the order had gone through and over the course of several days, I had to coordinate with my bank to ensure that I would get the original charge disputed and removed. After some time, it looks like the original charge was removed, but this error on the staff’s end took me several days to resolve. In the past, when a Starbucks employee has made a wrongful charge error, they have either given you the item they charged you for and/or your original request without an additional charge. Please consider any Starbucks locations before you come to the Springville B&B. I have also had way better experiences at other B&B locations.

I had been here a few times after they first opened and wasn’t real impressed at the time (tried the Caramel Cielo and Cafe Mocha) so I haven’t been in a long time. I decided to give it another try last week, I tried an iced Americano with a little cream and SF Vanilla, I was surprised by how much I liked it so I went back a few days later and got the same thing but also with SF Irish Cream…. well today I thought I would try something new, saw the “Eye Opener” on the menu and wasn’t sure what it was so I asked (French Roast Brew w/ Espresso) and it sounded good so I tried it iced with a little cream, SF Vanilla & SF Caramel, and WOAH! I think I found a new favorite! The older I get the stronger flavor I like my coffee, and this is PERFECT! The employees are always super nice, they are fast, and price isn’t too bad. Plus I always have my dog and they are so sweet to give her a treat so she loves it too!!!! Would definitely recommend the Eye Opener if you like the stronger flavor!!

I’ve had some visits to the Springville location that were fine, some where the drinks were great, but my visit today was the kind that makes me want to not to come back to this location. After having to pull teeth to find out what kind of muffins or pastries they have, I paid for a 20oz cafe mocha but got handed a 16oz one. I pointed it out, and a couple minutes later I got handed the drink in the picture. (I took the picture after getting home. I hadn’t taken a sip yet, but the whipped cream had clearly settled.) Makes me think they just poured the 16oz drink into a 20oz cup.

Went here a few times and the line is terrible and so is the customer service. There were 4 workers that day I went and I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and couldn’t pull forward of back out due to other cars. When I got to the window they told me they were out of what I had ordered. They didn’t bother to tell me that when I ordered it. So I sat in he drive thru for over 30 minutes for nothing. They also didn’t apologize about the wait. I definitely will be getting my coffee elsewhere.
