I’m picky with BBQ and they know what they are doing. Definitely not a place that’s just pumping out poorly cooked meats for money like most BBQ places these days. And I bet the more popular sides are fantastic too because it was later in the day and they were out of them but what we got, delicious. We tried all the meats (mild links) by getting the 3 way and 2 way.

I have been driving by seeing this place and decided to go try it last night after work. I ordered a slab of ribs, half pound of Tri Tip and 3 side for and my family. Can I say ” oh my God!” The food was amazing! The smokey flavor and tenderness of the meat is to die for! All the sides were good too. My new favorite place! Customer service was excellent and there was a line when I got there. So they were busy. Food came quick too. I cannot wait to go back and try more. I’m so happy to have another amazing place for food here in North Highlands. A must go place, people!

Amazing food. Delicious ribs, so tender and full of flavor. Some of the best tri-tip I’ve had in the area. The pulled pork was outstanding. We loved the mixed greens and candied yams as sides. Absolutely wonderful place to eat.

High school friend referred me to this restaurant and I am very glad that she did. The location was easy to find I stopped by for dine in me and my wife. The flavors where delicious and the meat was cooked to perfection. The bbq beans was a style I haven’t had before but I loved them and questioned why I hadn’t attempted to do my own baked beans this way. Customer service was excellent. Very welcoming environment. Serving Portions where bigger than I expected as well; worth every penny. I will be returning to this location to dine in again.

First time here. Arrived when they first opened at 12 pm. I ordered the 3 meat meal with baked beans and potatoe salad. The ribs and chicken were super tender and delicious. Customer service could use a little improvement. When I first walked in, I wasn’t greeted. Not until a lady from the back came out and greeted me and said ” we have a customer”. I was told they were running behind with the meat being ready it will be ready in about 15 mintues. It actually ended up being 30 minutes.

This little hole in the wall is friendly with a nice atmosphere and great food. I had the 2 rib lunch combo. The ribs were smoked nicely, and the smell of smoke is something I noticed immediately when I walked through the door. The usual choice of sides, everything from Mac & Cheese to Fried Okra or Collard Greens and it came with Corn Bread- not your sweet one, but really good nonetheless. I can’t wait to get back to try other things like the Hot Links or Chicken. Mmmmmm!!!
