A neat local experience. Used to enjoy their pizzas back in the early 80s in high school so possibly a bit biased. Unique pour it yourself setup with many different brews and other adult beverages.

As a person with allergy restrictions, it can be very difficult to try new foods. One often feels like a burden to service staff even asking about things that I cannot control, my allergies. After calling the j-town location to inquire about ingredients for a single dish, I was met with “there is no way we could tell you that”. This shows a complete lack of willingness to assist. It told me point blank “our food isn’t for you”. Truly disappointed that a place describing itself as using “fresh ingredients “ can’t take 5 minutes to say what is in the pasta and marinara sauce. Absolutely loved it! Got a pepperoni and bacon pizza and chicken marina (big portion) and both were excellent! Our waitress was friendly, helpful and fun. Really liked the beer selection and taps. Definitely going back!

The worst service and pizza I’ve ever had from any of the Bearno’s locations. Absolutely disgusting on every level. Was sat at a table for over twenty minutes before I decided to walk to bar and order a drink. Was rudely told I couldn’t stand there. Pizza was doughy and undercooked. After waitress agreed it was not cooked it came back undercooked again. I have no idea what is going on at this location but it was the worst I’ve ever had from all the bearno’s locations. Poker was going on, but that shouldn’t affect the service or quality of food.

The beer wall is a ton of fun. My kids love their chicken tenders and garlic cheese bread. My favorite is the Mama’s Light…all the flavor with none of the loaded pizza sogginess.

We went to Bearno’s Jtown today because of their support of Nick Wilt, the heroic Louisville Police Officer, and found the restaurant slammed! So glad to see Jtown responding like this. Our server Julie was unbelievable as she took care of a bunch of tables and did a great job. Food was excellent, and Julie made it an enjoyable evening.

Waited almost two hours for my food, when we asked for a discount for the poor service she agreed but after 20 minutes of waiting for the receipt she brought them back with no discount. Terrible service, will never be back to this location and I recommend not to come to this one if you value your time.

This is my local Bearno’s and I love the pizza they make consistent and good every time. This pizza is a step above the fast food pizza chains. I love supporting a local business that puts out a great product. Thank you Bearno’s, nice full beer tap system that lets a customer choose. I don’t give bad reviews publicly, unfortunately there was no contact info on the website to take up with management. We have loved Bearnos for several years, however, the last 3 times we have ordered, has not been good. The pizza looks good, and if you want a bunch of olives on undercooked dough this is your place. I wanted to reach out to the place and see if possibly when we order extra sauce, there is a mix up on their side that translates it to extra olives. For 3 pizza tries totaling $100 with tips, we have finally learned our lesson.
