Ordering out there in a pinch just solidified why I quit going there years ago. $61 for pre sauced creosote tasting bbq, the biggest joke of an excuse for a chicken potato that barely filled the corner of a to-go box, and I ordered kids chicken fingers with fries and got chicken nuggets… The sauce was absolutely unpalatable made of pure vinegar practically.

They are now open on Sunday’s! Been wanting to try it for a very long time, so thank you for giving all us other folks a little extra love. Home made sauces, in house authentic BBQ, and a lot of southern hospitality. Bev is the owner and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. Thanks for a great Sunday lunch. Will def. be back!!

Stopped here after rafting down the Hiwasse. We were hungry and had smelled campfire as we floated, so we decided a good bbq lunch/supper was in order. The place was busy, and staff was very attentive and explained that we would have a wait. No problem! The attention the staff gave us made it easy to wait. We ordered the 2 meat and w side plate, the pulled pork plate, and the kids got hot dogs and sides. We also ordered cheese curds and cheese sticks. So! Much! Food! And good prices for the portions. Delicious too!!!

Service was excellent, atmosphere was pretty cool as well but……I got the whole chicken and it was very dry! It didn’t even appear to have been smoked. It looked as though it had been deep fried. I literally took two bites and that’s all I could handle. Only one type of sauce available. Was very disappointed. I was there for work and craving some good BBQ, and this just wasn’t the spot. The sides were decent, but very small portions. I am a Chef so I know the cost of everything is sky high, but these portions were not up to par, especially being as my protein part was unedible. They don’t have fountain drinks so you pay for each can of soda you drink, and I drink a bunch while eating so this was costly as well. I’ll give it another shot next time I’m around and hope they were just off their game this day.

ABSOLUTELY worth the extra miles to get here! Mom and Pop BBQ joint. Fantastic hospitality and great pulled pork. They have a home made mustard sauce that some of the best I’ve ever had.

Great spot to eat after rafting on the Ocoee River. The pulled pork was great, but the fixins were even better! The staff were very friendly. Will come back another time and try the brisket, but you have to get there early

Appetizers were good although some of the fried mushrooms were still frozen. I ordered the loaded potato when it rrived the cheese was not melted. The potato was just pulled put of the fridge and toppings added. Being this was a mom and pop establishment i was affraid to send the food back. I asked for a to go box and will heat it up when i get home. The waitress apologized for the food. Paid full price for the meal. I believe this will be a one Nd done for me.

I don’t care for their food. My family gets take out from here semi regularly. I haven’t had a single menu item I’ve liked. I get something different everytime searching for an item I like. I haven’t found it yet. I will update this if I find one. (I’m definitely not trying to be rude. Just giving my honest opinion.)

The food was disgusting, the waiter smelled of body odor, the manager sits on her “stool” and screams and yells at the workers. Terrble. BBQ? Yeah deff not. Liquid smoke poured over heated “BBQ” is NOT southern BBQ $30 down the drain and all I got was a nasty pork sand with no BBQ sauce. No taste fries, fried tomatoes (they were the only good thing) and BBQ nachos. Store chips, liquid smoke will choke you up. Horrible food for a horindious price! Drive on into Cleveland. It’s worth it!
