Best brisket and pulled pork ever! We ate at their warehouse kitchen location, so no indoor seating, but the food was incredible. Great cornbread, Mac and cheese, roasted corn. Even better than back in South Carolina.

Decent food; can’t fill an online order to save their lives. Shouldn’t be hard – the list is right there and they attach it to the bag! With covid shutting places down, you’d think staff would be jumping through hoops to keep their customers happy. You’d think.. But I can think of dozens of OTHER places that would be happy to take my money AND give me what I paid for. And to think that I even tipped the idiot when I placed the order online…

Sugar lots and lots of brown sugar! Ribs were dry but the burnt ends were good. I’ve been told eating at the restaurant was much much better.

Just passing by and noticed place. I am glad I stopped. The food was great. I got the strawberry salad with brisket. The brisket was very tasty better than Texas! They gave a very good amount for the money. Great with todays food prices. The guys were also friendly. It’s always nice to be service by happy workers.

Very good service, decent atmosphere, didn’t get my order right. I ordered the “Macho Nachos”, which came with beans, cheese sauce, jalapenos, salsa, sour cream, and I ordered it without any sort of meat. Not only did I not get the jalapenos or salsa, but they included meat in it anyway. Overall dissatisfied with what came in my order despite my instructions, however, it was still pretty decent and the people at the desk made sure to inform customers of what was on their menu, so, overall, I’d say while I’m dissatisfied of how my order turned out, the people at the counter do work hard at their job

Did an over the phone to-go order for the brisket nachos and a two-piece combo. Three things I noticed. #1. Initially, I wanted to place an online order. Tried to place the order online, the website says not taking any online orders at this time, okay cool. I called to do an order over the phone and ask if they are taking to-go orders via phone call. The receptionist response was “depends on how big the order is.” With you all advertising that you’re open 7 days a week, how big order the order is shouldn’t matter, granted, you’re not even taking online orders!!! #2. My two piece combo was pulled pork and chicken with Mac-n-cheese / baked beans as the sides. The pulled pork and chicken were not separated but instead, in one box all together. Without me picking through the meat and actually knowing the difference, I would’ve thought it was all the same kind of meat. #3. My nachos came without the brisket, WHICH IS $2 EXTRA!!!! I appreciate the bbq sauces but with you all requiring payment over the phone and getting tipped beforehand, the least your staff members can do is have ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!!! This is coming from a Military Service Member, so please understand my frustration. Thomas Smokey Pit Shop (Manchester, CT) is top tier every time I order from them. With BBQ being so expensive, consumers PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! Hopes this helps everyone involved.

Order take away from here quite often. By far, the best bbq place around. Meats are smoked to perfection. Flavors are always intense and perfectly paired. All around phenomenal place to eat every night

Good food. People working there were very nice. I went to the takeout and ate at a picnic table outside, so atmosphere was not great. I’d go back tho.

I was excited to try the corned beef but all i got was fat. Has to pick the itty bitty pieces from in between the fat because i really wanted to taste it. Stick to the pulled pork. They give a generous amount, sometimes. Meat to side ratios were off on my whole order.
