I am not a vegan! I love meat! But I also love Brasilian food so wanted to try this place. I have a basic rule for restaurants. I don’t mind paying more if the food is good and the serving size fills me up. The food here was absolutely delicious and somehow, without meat, tasted authentic! I was completely blown away by the serving size! Totally full when done! And the owners are very nice people. I enjoyed talking to them while my food was prepped. Been back multiple times now to try other dishes and have not been disappointed! My absolute highest recommendations!

Incredible addition to the Prairie Pavilion! Owner was super friendly and personable and the food was delicious. I got the coxinha (fried ball with jackfruit inside, came with packet of hot sauce) and the feijoada (black bean stew), which was the special of the day. There was a really solid balance of flavors and it filled me up very nicely. Definitely will be returning again to try more!

Delicious! We had the jackfruit puffs & the hotdog. Very unique and flavorful! Everything is homemade and top notch. Beautiful presentation. You can tell lots of love is put into their food. Nice that they have a shaded table outside of their food truck to sit.

The food here is just so good. The owners and chef are from Brasil so you know everything is truly authentic. I have had the hot dog, the jackfruit coxinhas, the mushroom strogonoff, and the fricassé… not to mention the chocolate carrot cake and the lime mousse as well, of course. Everything is very fresh, tastes absolutely delicious, and reminds me of all of the food that I used to eat in my home in São Paulo, Brasil. The owners, Artur and Mirela, are so friendly as well. I have been looking a for authentic Brasilian food and also for great tasting vegan food in the CDA area for the longest time… and now I’ve found both in a single place. I’ll definitely be back here many, many times in the future
