This is an exceptional place to eat. Perfect for family style, positive atmosphere from the staff, delicious food, wonderful drinks. The crab Rangoon are a staple that I will 100% come back for. Great blend of American Chinese classic and southern Chinese tradition. Jamie was our server and she was just a ray of sunshine, very informative and gave wonderful suggestions

Gorgeous new space. Incredible food and creative cocktails, as always from this team. Plates are perfect for sharing, and we only regret we didn’t get to try everything. I’ve got my eye on that pork chop for next time. We are already planning another trip back—this time with friends so we can try more of the menu!

Beautiful South did not disappoint! I love seeing hit components of Kwei Fei’s special “Lady Xian” menu available year round. Charleston has been missing quality American take out style Chinese food and they have delivered. This will be a staple on our dining list, and hopefully takeout in the future. Would order the Love Your Enemies cocktail again as well as the Txakoli wine.

Hands down the best Chinese food that I have ever had, and the green beans were out of this world (hard to imagine, but for real). The atmosphere was fun and inviting; loved the decor. The service was great, and the staff was very helpful as we navigated the dishes and drinks.

We had an absolutely incredible experience last night at Beautiful South! The vibe is spot on and super cozy – great decor, music, staff. I was so impressed by the open kitchen visibible from the street – everything was clean and on point. Each dish was better than the next! We had the green beans, wonton soup, general tso and delicious cocktails. I cannot wait to come back!!!
